No judgement, no 20 questions, simple straight forward and the girls from the Napier Branch are an awesome bunch.. Always greeting with a huge smile and even take the time to have laughs with you. So now I know where to go in times of need 🙂

J.I had such a great experience first time getting a loan. Chrystal from Napier branch was so helpful. She took the time to go over everything, make sure I understood everything and helped me set everything up! Would recommend Superloans over cash converters any day. Their staff are friendlier and their interest rates are lower, meaning they aren’t trying to daylight rob you like cashies! Would 10/10 recommend!

A.I appreciate always seeing friendly faces and this is one of those places you need money in a hurry for those little out the blue emergencies they can sort you out !! The staff are always friendly and professional. Quick and easy to deal with. Never had a problem with them and Ive been using them for a years now.
