D.I recommend NZHL Rotorua to everyone! The team at NZHL Rotorua were extremely professional and friendly and were happy to answer every question we had. They guided us through every part of the process, from getting finance to the final days of actually purchasing our property. To top it off, we are now in more control of our finances and working towards paying off our mortgage faster than we ever thought possible!
S.I have been with New Zealand Home Loans for about 7 years now I have found NZHL to be the best lending institution that I've worked with.
They're always curtious, friendly and professional.
Their focus has always been on how you can best to pay down your home loan and there for save you money.
The loan structure that they adhere to is available at other banking institutions but they usually choose not to tell you until you're about to change banks ( as I found out). The revolving credit structure has made achieving saving money through paying down my home loan very easy and very manageable.
I have recommended NZHL to my family and friends since I first signed with NZHL.
I have only great things to say about NZHL.

B.Have used NZHL for a few years now and love everything about it. From the best rates through to the genuine personal experience, the girls in the Rotorua office are head and shoulders above direct lending from the 'big banks'. Quite simply, brokers are best.
K.Forget other lending, NZHL will do better terms on better rates. You can call them and you'll not end up in some call centre. You can email them and they'll reply directly. Book a meeting and likely it'll be same day. Highly recommended.
