I just wanted to send a message to say a MASSSIVE thanks to Stacey, from your Silverdale branch. She truly deserves some special recognition. She went well & truly beyond my expectations to help me finance a new car in a dire time of need for me. She was empathetic, non judgmental & kind towards my situation. I also have an extremely average credit score & she has been the first professional I have spoken to in YEARS that wasn't rude about it. She went way outside what I expected and even offered me tips on how I can make my credit score better. She also thoroughly checked my expenses to make sure that I could comfortably afford my loan. I feel like like genuinely cared about my needs. Her customer service was absolutely faultless & beyond that. She called me back on her day off to finalize my pre approval! I could not recommend Stacy enough & I feel like she deserves special recognition. Thank you so much! I appreciate you 🙂
