I was recommended to approach Kieran by a family member who only has positive things to say about him. Kieran has been absolutely brilliant all the way through. Finally got over the line today with a settlement on a new property which took quite a bit of back and forth between different banks but Kieran happily did everything he could to ensure I got the best deal suited to my situation. I was at first a little apprehensive about using a broker (we'd bought property overseas before not using one) but after our first meet and greet with Kieran it was really clear that he knows his stuff. He's incredibly responsive, straight-talking and got us an excellent deal under a very tight timeframe ; in short, we hadn't yet arranged finance as we thought it would take much longer to find our new home - then had to rush to get it sorted when we did, which I'm certain we wouldn't have managed without him. Kieran came recommended by my lawyer (JAG legal) and sorted everything from pre-approval (two times as we ended up having to increase our budget) to mortgage design which left us in the best possible cash position, while still making decent payments off the principle. Made it really simple and helped us write up a budget that was realistic and would get us bank approval. We were low equity first home buyers and what seemed like a daunting process was made very streamlined by Kierans clarity in explanations and general helpfulness for my wider financial situation. I had no idea how any of the process worked, will definitely be refinancing with Kieran when the time comes.
