E.My husband and I first met Ellen about 4 years ago. Ellen has changed our lives and we have gone from feeling like we were getting nowhere with paying off our mortgage with the bank to now having an end in sight with NZ Home Loans.
Ellen took and continues to take the time to find the best solutions to suit us and is so patient and good at explaining how the mortgage works. She has guided us to be in a totally different financial situation where we have felxibility to spend and to save in a smart way.
We have recently sold our home and purchased a new one with the help and support of Ellen. If I could describe Ellen I would say she is optimistic, motivated, honest, helpful, supportive, genuine and absolutely amazing at her job!!!

L.You won't get customer service like this from a bank! Ellen is fantastic, always available to help or answer any questions and checks in with you regularly to make sure things are working best and you are on track to pay of your mortgage as quickly as possible.
