Chris is very professional and provides a warm and clean environment, I have many injuries and suffer from a lot of shoulder and neck pain, however every time I see Chris at NMT I leave feeling calmer and in much less pain with greater freedom of movement. Chris provides clear and concise communication about what he is doing and why he is doing it . 10/10 I will continue to use Chris in the Future

Chris is incredibly talented, professional and you can tell he is really passionate about neuromuscular massage. Everything from the soft, fresh linen, his cleanliness, the relaxing room and the comfortable table (with a place to put your hands), Chris goes above and beyond. He took the time to understand the pain I was experiencing and I never felt rushed throughout the session. I have recommended advanceNMT to all my friends and family and I will definitely be returning. If you're looking for a relaxation massage or if you're experiencing pain, you can't go wrong here.

After seven years of chronic pain and appointments with over 70 health professionals (you name the speciality, I've seen one of them), Chris was the first person to significantly reduce my pain. Its a minor miracle and changed my life. Chris has a methodical approach and seems to have a real talent in making people feel better. Besides that he's an all round decent bloke. I'll never go anywhere else.

What a great experience! Clinic room is clean, warm and inviting. Chris is highly trained and a true professional therapist. He has helped me with chronic hip pain and general aches, tension and stresses from work and life. Provides effective treatment and amazing relaxation massage. Well worth a visit!

I first started seeing Chris 6 months ago for a lower back strain. Within two sessions quite close together I was pain free and able to workout again. Because of this I continue to see Chris every fortnight to take care of the odd ache or pain that crops up. At every session Chris takes the time to listen to what I've been doing, assessing what might be going on for me and explains the reason why (which really interests me). He is super professional and really knows his stuff. Massage has now become a regular part of my self care routine. I've definitely noticed a difference in the decrease of injuries since seeing him.

Have now had 2 massages by Chris, and can thoroughly recommend him. I genuinely feel a huge, immediate benefit from his techniques. He is also very personable, and he makes you feel at ease. Am really pleased we have found someone we both (me and my husband) are very happy with.
