Tim is a truly exceptional massage therapist and understands the inner workings of the body in ways I’ve not seen by other practitioners. He brings strong, smooth, controlled and deep massage techniques in a way that unwinds and releases tension that restores blood flow and makes you feel even more alive. Feel very lucky to have met him, he is definitely in a league of his own! Such a star and such a great person, too!

5* Ruby is the BEST therapist I have ever been to! You have a GEM with her, she is skilled, talented and she really listens to the clients needs. She says she has smart hands, I Agree but I also say she has MAGIC hands! Eases away all the tension and soreness, she’s AMAZING! If I lived in NZ she would be me regular therapist! I enjoyed her massage so much I booked a second on my departure day just so I could have another amazing massage experience before I flew 14 hours home to Canada! Thanks for the amazing, very professional and most memorable experience I hope to be back again one day!

I was referred to Ruby at Apex Massage from another top therapist for ongoing neck issues - and I am so glad I have found her. Her knowledge, skill and multifaceted holistic therapy has helped with so many problems - for the time poor she is like a physio, chiro, massage therapist all rolled into one. She takes a very holistic approach to recovery from chronic pain and ongoing issues. Highly recommend.

Ruby is an amazing therapist, she is very knowledgeable and her massage strokes are perfect for pain relief and sports injuries. She also gives exercises at the end of the session to practice at home for better healing and relaxation. Had a great first experience !!

Kia Ora! There are 2 things that I love in life the most and these are massages and coffee. I've been to many massage places and tried different types. And coming to Ruby was one of a kind massage experience. It was one of the best massages indeed and you should note that I am quite picky. I think what makes it special for Ruby is that she uses an integrated approach to your body, its tissues and muscles and applies a very targeted massage technique. My body feels great during the day and I can't wait to book my next session with Ruby. Thanks heaps!!!

My massage was absolutely amazing. Ruby is professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. She is concerned for the whole person and works for your wellbeing (rather than pushy up selling or giving you service you don’t really need). The massage really helped. She is such a gem!

Instead of only doing the massage, Ruby really listens to the clients needs and try to understand where the issues are comming from. Shel explains what she's doing and why, but also gives you advice how to prevent issues in future and gives you exercises and/or stretches to help you. Had 2 massages when I was in auckland for a week and they really were very helpfull! Never had so good results with any other massage before.

This is the place for actual professional body work. No clock watching, Or lacklustre, run of the mill massage here. This is high end, focussed, restorative work. Ruby is a very knowledgeable, intuitive therapist. She has a solid qualification background, and She works toward your problem or issue while explaining what she is doing and why. Apex massage has ramped up covid related safety also, which is reassuring to see. Temperature checks, faces masks, hand sanitiser and tracing information certainly put me at ease in such uncertain times. Once a Session is finished, Ruby talks me through what I can research or do to assist my recovery. I think Apex massage is the best bodywork venue in Auckland.

I been there once but definitely will go back! Ruby is an amazing profesional. She has a los of strenght, knowledge and she is mindful about the people needs. I've been having back pain for so long and she helped me to not have it any more! I definitely recommend her!

I highly recommend Tim at Apex. I’ve been to him twice now and both times were excellent. He explains everything up front, remembers what you do and don’t like, and gets the pressure just right!
