A.Always good service. Me and my mum often go when the body starts to ache. We had Jane and Joanna/ Roanna (forgot what her name was) today and they were both amazing. We have had different people look after us during our visit and they are always spot on. Customer service is always superb no complaints. The tea at the end of the massage is a winner! Highly recommend.
F.We have been to Bamboo Spa Henderson quite a few times now and each time has been amazing. I have been to many different Spa's but this place has to be the top on my list. the ladies are very polite, professional and really know what they are doing, working on each muscle and us feel restored once we leave. thank you to Marlene and Angelina who we had today and to all the wonderful staff for always giving us a great experience.
A.Very good with their hands. Reasonable prices. We go there regularly. Would give 5star if it wasn’t for the small room that has about 3beds which makes it a little uncomfortable at times to be taking your clothes off knowing there’s also naked stranger a meter away from you. The other side rooms by the toilets are bigger.
The new system of paying before you get there and send proof of pay is a bit of glitch at the moment but it may be because it’s still new.
F.This place is amazing I tried the onehunga branch 2 years ago which was bland but this place is absolutely amazing right from the reception. I would highly recommend this place. Located in the heart of Henderson and if your lucky you can get a park right at the door. For 65pp you definitely can't go wrong with there amazing service
S.Their job is really good but their customer service is not. We got their 5 minutes late and 5 minutes took to fill their forms, and they didn't give us a complete package of what we had bought. They omitted one of the messages. They also said that we have not received the money that we paid through GrabOne online. They sent us several emails, and we submitted them the payment receipt, but they were still asking us about the money rather than asking GrabOne.

L.I enjoyed my massage and got a deal so it was a good price. Not keen on the fact that there are just curtains separating you from others having a massage and you can hear everything. They do try to be quiet but in particular when I went people were talking and laughing and my massage lady (and I'm assuming another who was also working) had to shush loudly to get the people to be quiet-ruins the relaxation mood a bit.

A.I like to buy the multi use card. Have been here about 6 times and never had the same lady twice and yet always been impressed with the service. Obviously all trained the same way as it is the same massage no matter who you get. Incredible value. Firm pressure can be pretty intense but great if you have a sore spot. Medium is so relaxing it sends me off to sleep. Highly recommend.

T.Next level massage! I indulged in a 60 minute massage. You would never guess this was on the main road in Henderson. Tranquil music, private massage booths seperated by curtains and a great atmosphere. They are generous with the oil and follow up a thorough all body massage which is tailored to your preferred pressure with a cup of ginger tea. I feel truly pampered.

We arrived about 5mins early, but didn't get to go through until 5mins late, but left bang on time.
The place was clean and tidy. Instead of separate rooms though, it's just one big space with curtains, which would be fine, except that some of the curtains don't quite close all the way, and you can hear the other customers talking, and other staff talking and laughing.
During the massage, the two staff with us were very professional, and asked if the pressure was acceptable. Good massage, reasonable price.

V.From the first call to make an appointment the Manager, Love was very professional and my husband and I booked a couples Hilot massage. Our masseurs Loi and Frances showed us to our room where soft music played and a beautiful fragrance filled the air. We were then asked to take our shoes off and start with a foot bath. We were then given complete privacy to disrobe and get comfortable. We were asked whether we liked soft, medium or hard and were asked throughout the massage if we were comfortable. Loi and Frances knew exactly what they were doing and both my husband and I wondered why we hadn't done this sooner, it truely was an hour of bliss which finished with a beautiful cup of tea. On leaving we booked in a fabulous concession package with Mira and we're now looking forward to our next relaxing session with Bamboo. Our bodies thank you ladies for a great professional service.

S.One of the best neck, back and shoulder massages of my life! The parlor is set out with curtained sections so the atmosphere isn't as private as you would get in other places, but I didn't care at all, the massage was amazing, I will definitely be going back.
