Had a relaxation & ligament massage, it was wonderful! The ladies are so friendly and good at what they do. They picked up things I had wrong with my body without me even telling them, which is great! We will definitely be going there more often! One of the best massages I've had, my new fave!

Highly highly recommend Eden Thai! The ladies here are so lovely and knowledgeable in their massage and how the body works. My husband and I came 3 weeks in a row because they’re just that good! :) I had the hot stone massage with On which was so relaxing but still strong enough that it released the tension and knots in my sore back. My husband always books in with Sandy who is just so amazing and helped him understand why his back is always in so much pain and explained the areas that she needed to focus on! If you ever need a massage- relaxing or deep tissue, definitely book in at Eden Thai!

Amazing special treatment with Sandy! She helped fixed a sore heel and loosened up my entire body. Her specialist treatments are incredible especially for chronic pain and injury. I highly recommend her services. Also very hygienic and clean environment. 10/10 😀 thank you 🙏🏾

I have had chronic back and neck pain for a long time due to the physical nature of my work and Sandy was able to identify, explain and begin to remedy the issues very quickly. The night after my appointment was the best sleep I have had in a long time. Definitely one of the most knowledgable people in this area I have met and will be returning soon.

I cant thank Sandy and her team enough. I've been having back and knee pain since mid December and not a word of BS, just come out from a 1hour massage pain free. looking forward to a good nights sleep. brilliant!!!

Wow this is my 2nd visit to the Kingsland branch and a 1st with Therapist Sandy. I was truly amazed I could not identify any weaknesses and she was very knowledgeable and looked after me when I was using the sauna And provided advise and able to cure some knots and strengthen bones I am already organizing my 3rd visit soon next month I highly recommend her

Absolutely blissful and on point! The only Thai Massage that actually knows reflexology and pressure points massage accurately. I had a whole body special treatment and i was released from most of the tensions and knots in one session. I had a frozen elbow and this was sorted. Professional, clean and definitely a place if you are looking for the right type of traditional massage and reflexology.

Pat, Sandy and On are all excellent masseuses. They really care about my wellbeing and are highly experienced in their knowledge of problem areas. They have all helped me immensely with problems I experience. I have had massages all my life and I will always go to them over anyone else. They are very friendly and I love their new premises in Kingsland. It's a beautiful, soothing environment. I would highly recommend them. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of me.

Sandy at Eden Thai is Amazing. I definitely feel good and much better when I leave her massage. She is so knowledgeable about the body and has totally helped me . Working in the film industry my back and body is sore Sandy has definitely helped me. I can't live without her massages. Totally recommend x

Beautiful setup very clean and friendly staffs. They have 2 couple rooms both are beautiful. We had infrared sauna and deep tissue massage feeling so good. Highly recommended. We will definitely go back.

I am mindblown and overjoyed with finding sandy @ eden Thai. I’ve suffered from a serious back injury and been through years of very confused practitioners and healers trying to help fix my problems. Sandy was able to not only pin point my areas of concern herself, she immediately found the root of where the pain was coming from. In my experience, the pain area is not the trigger point. Sandy has made me feel so much more educated about my body and where my problem areas truly are. They offer so many relaxing services if stress is your concern, but if healing pain is your priority, I cannot stress enough how important her knowledge is. I cannot believe how much back and shoulder pain was stemming from my foot and hand health. Sandy even knew I broke my collarbone (when I was 4) based on my mobility. I can breath fully again, my neck pain is gone & my knees are relaxing. my injuries will take time re-learn a new and healthy muscle memory but I am beyond happy to put in the time with sandy . You’re not only getting a massage here, your actually helping balance your body. For anyone else struggling with pain, you’ve found the right place.

I have visited Eden Thai Massage in Dominion Road on many occasions and have had sessions with all their amazing and talented therapists. While their techniques maybe slightly different what all have in common is attention to detail and 100% effort every time. Yesterday I took the opportunity to attend Eden’s new shop in Kingsland. Sandy has created an amazing warm and welcoming paradise, and no surprise, the attention to detail is amazing. I recognised her newest team member “On” from other spas i have visited and have had many great sesssions from her. Sandy recommended having a sauna before my massage and I’m glad I took her advice. It took no time to warm up and after the 15 minutes I could feel it loosen me right up for what turned out to be the best massage I’ve ever had. On did not disappoint. I had a 2 hour deep tissue and hot stone massage which focused on foot reflexology and ligament massage using the hot stones as a tool. Ive been spending a lot of time mountain biking and riding long distances on a motor cycle and On focussed the reflexology and ligament massage on my feet, forearms, wrists and hands. The results were amazing - although intense she worked all stiffness and soreness out of the ligament, especially the fingers and wrists - if you ride a bike of any kind you must try this. It goes without saying that I will be back over and over and id highly recommend the sauna before any treatment. It is well worth the time and great value for money. Thanks to Sandy and On. Please visit Eden Thai In kingsland. I just had the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I promise it was incredible. I have had problems with my back for years and after having two children my neck and shoulders are always in pain. I am constantly going to osteos and have been all over Auckland in search for a good masseuse and I have finally found it. Eden Thai was extremely clean, the people were wonderful, atmosphere was relaxing and the pricing was reasonable. Please do yourself a favour and book in. I can’t recommend them enough. :)

It was a new and unique experience when i had my 1st sauna/massage at new premises in Kingsland. A 15 min Sauna, pre massage, really got me sweating and made the deep tissue massage so much more stimulating and beneficial in loosening tight muscles from gym. Sandy has trained her girls well and i can see why she needed to open up a 2nd business which will so help to fulfill demand and complement Dominion Rd, Mt Eden. Congratulations Sandy and Good Luck. I had a great experience at Eden Thai Massage. I went in with a terrible pain in my calf and ankle. I got the 90 minute deep tissue and hot stone massage. It was just perfect and I feel so much better now.

I love thai massage. But I never done before like here. I feel relaxing and they are so kind and professional. I recommend special treatment its really worth it. I will definitely go back again Eden thai masssge :)
