I have been going to Elemental Body Therapies for about 6 months now every few weeks and it has become essential to my training. Liezl is incredible! She has managed to help with issues that were effecting my ability to train and perform and also my day to day life when may others have not been able to. 1000% recommend. Thank you so much!

I recently had an early pregnancy massage as I was dealing with constant sciatic pain. Jennifer was amazing with giving my lower back some much needed relief. It was a couple of days after I noticed that in fact my pain had reduced hugely. I hope to book another appointment soon!

Highly professional and personable, the team here at Elemental Body Therapies are wonderful. I have been treated by Diane with Bowen Therapy and lymphatic drainage and been very impressed by how relaxed and relieved these therapies are on my body. Thank you!

Highly recommended for massage therapies. I have been having issues with left side of my hip and psoas pain resulted from a mountain biking accident. Went to see Liezl a few times and she did her magic with deep tissue massages. I now feel much better and my hip mobility have improved and the dull pain have subsided. I am now back to my xfit training.

I always go to Leizel and she is beyond amazing!

I had a therapeutic massage (rather than just relaxation massage) with Liezl at Elemental Body Therapies on Monday. I cannot rate Liezl highly enough. Her skill and consideration was first class. I am still feeling the beneficial effects of her treatment and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting relief from sports/workout induced discomfort.
