T.Next level relaxed afterwards - felt like I was on another planet when I left! Shower/products available afterwards are great as well. Have recommended HANA to anyone that would listen to me today!
N.As someone from the MTV generation that feels neither highs nor lows, I grimace at descriptions such as "spiritual" or "transcendental". But good lord, this place comes close to it. Forty give minutes in an infrared sauna does something to you. But it's not just the infrared box you sit in, the clean towels, clean floors and a rain shower head - that's a recipe for success.
You've got to try this place out - or maybe don't. Then there's more available slots for me.
M.Amazing Sauna and Contrast Therapy Session at HANA. We were greeted by kind and friendly staff together with HANA Resident Dog, Teddy. World Class Aesthetics, space immediately gave us a sense of calm and relaxation. every detail of the whole experience was carefully thought; the Private Contrast Therapy room was ready for us when we arrived, we had fresh towels, water with electrolytes and calming music to set the vibe before we went to 60 minutes of pure bliss. session was finished with a lovely shower using Sansceuticals Products. Highly Recommend and definitely worth a visit!
