I had a Hip Cranial Massage at Kesae Total Balance yesterday. It was amazing.This massage is a very gentle approach, different from other massages. A gentle touch and slight movements to align your body. After the treatment, my body felt refreshed, lighter, stretched and balanced. Because of my blood circulation was improved, my face complexion became brighter and looked younger. Thank you, Kesae san!! I highly recommend you Kesae Total Balance.

It was an amazing experience at Kesae san's salon! Her treatment made my whole body relax, refresh and took my pain away. Kesae's treatment was such a great experience. I was expecting some deep tissue massage but Kesae’s treatment was the most light and pain less touches but still magically relaxed my sore lower back and stiff shoulders. Her treatment on my face was again another amazing job as my jaw lines have become more sharp and less difference between both sides of my face! I am looking forward to my next treatment.

I went to Kesae for back pain which was probably caused by my two frozen shoulders. Prior to going to her, I have tried many different treatments but nothing has helped with either my shoulders or back. I saw an ad for Kesae when scrolling through FB and thought I'll give her a try. I have been to 4 sessions and although the pain is still there, I have noticed some improvements for my back as well as my shoulders. Only time can tell but so far, I'm happy with her treatment.

I've had 2 sessions. I was nervous, however the session helped me feel more connected to myself Physically, mentally /emotionally. I know I have to relearn my correct posture, and the session helped remind me what it feels like to stand tall with correct posture, and I have less pain. Kesae's treatment was so great experience, this was not a traditional massage, it resembles more of a treatment. as a first-timer, I was expecting the procedure to be some kind of massage. I was very confused as it was mostly light and soft touches rather than a hard deep tissue massage I was expecting. soon I realised this was more of a treatment rather than a massage. After the treatment I was very impressed, I was able to stand upright in the correct form and my body felt so light after I could not feel the strain on my neck, my eyes and shoulder felt very light due to the adjusting of the muscles.as a low blood pressure patient, I would always have cold and stiff feet, after this treatment I felt warm to the core and my toes felt very hot. my flexibility became much more mobile and was able to move freely continuing this treatment I would like to find out my true body potential and its power.

I just had my second session with Kesae san. This time I was happier because she gave me minutes of back massage which is different from all the massage that I had, very light but very effective, I noticed that the aches that I suffered from neck to ankle disappeared after. She got the power hands! Of course, never that I will not love the face massage, its my second session and still im loving it. I can still see the difference before and after the session. I am hard working 42 years old woman have back problem which had accumulated since I was 20's and recently diagnosed as sciatic nerve pain. Kesae gives me osteopathic massage and I could feel so much improvement at every visit. I used to feel my back is so weak and going to be collapsed, but now it became more solid. I had Facial Cranial, Foot and hand therapy today. This is my first time to experience Cranial Treatment and I was blown away of the result I got on especially foot and face. She pointed out my parts in my face looks a bit heavy (I guess due to working in front of PC long time) and she worked on it and I was surprised that I felt my face much lighter and my eyes looks bigger. My foot was very stiff especially my joint due to the past injury, but she massaged on it and I was so happy that I could my foot joint much more flexible and easy to move than before. She explains during treatment what is coming next and what she is doing right now. Very helpful in identifying which part is not in best condition and why it became that stage. I would go back again for sure.

Incredible, immediate and visible results. Kesae is warm and gentle and started with gentle manipulation of muscles through repetitive movement starting from toes and working along spine, back, neck, head and finishing off with relaxing face massage. I wasn’t expecting such outstanding results, not only had my posture and movement improved but my jawline had visibly tightened making my face look more youthful and symmetrical. Results were so incredible that I had to look in the mirror twice and check if it was the same mirror🙂
