I’ve been a regular client of Kyoko’s for about a year, and can honestly say she’s the best reflexologist I’ve ever been to see. I have a high-pressure and long-hours job, and Kyoko has made a big impact helping me relax and manage my wellbeing through all the challenges. I particularly like the Indian head massage and reflexology service, I feel like I’ve been on a long weekend break after one of those sessions. The studio is very comfortable and central, and the free customer parking spot is a bonus. I couldn’t recommend Kyoko more highly.

Wonderfully relaxing as well as a very specific working through all the points on my feet, I am now 80% free of arthritis in my big toes and ankle since coming to Kyoko. Can highly recommend her treatments.

I would like to share my experience of being a client of Kyoko Gayford. I met Kyoko about 9 years ago . I was hobbling around a market where she was offering a 25 minute session of reflexology. I thought it can’t hurt and it may actually work. After 15 minutes it did work and I’ve been regularly ever since . Kyoko offers a very relaxed, professional service. Kyoko always listens keeps a really good record of what you have said, what she has done and offers assistance that you can do in between sessions. Kyoko offers service with care and understanding and I think everyone she engages with will experience a life changing wellness care experience that is totally natural . You’ll leave feeling like you are walking on cotton wool or like you’ve been there relaxed for hours!! Just book in and you’ll never look back. Long time relaxed client😀

It was very comfortable and awesome! I was deeply relaxed with a nice scent. I was suffering from headaches and tinnitus, but thanks to her reflexology it was alleviated. I will be back there again.^_^
