My favorite Thai spot couldn't get me in so I decided to give this a try. Overall a decent place. I think it's a bit overpriced for an ok massage. While it was ok, I likely wouldn't visit again.

BEST Chinese massage I've ever had. I have extremely tight neck muscles from an injury. It's gotten worse. Went yesterday, and feel so much better today. I didn't realise how tight I actually was! It was painful (good pain) at times but well worth it. I'm rebooking for for two weeks time.

Nice place to do massage. After the whole body massage with oil. I felt my neck and shoulder are better than before. I have booked the next therapy. My new treasure shop ٩(๑ᵒ̴̶̷͈᷄ᗨᵒ̴̶̷͈᷅)و .

Fantastic pregnancy massage at 26 weeks by Grace. It was absolutely amazing, she is a true professional. Also thanks to the hostess/receptionist Sharon (?, hope i got the name right!), she was very welcoming and helpful. Spacious rooms, great ambience and the background music as well as the whole set up were so relaxing. I'll definetely be back! The girls also offer lemon water before and after the massage, which is lovely. I'd maybe suggest offering some hot green tea after the massage session, would be even more perfect. Thank you Grace and Sharon!

Hannah gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The session started off very gently, but quickly escalated to lots of oil, hot stones and sharp elbows. Hannah was really digging into my painful shoulder and lower back knots. I only had time for a 30-minute appointment but wish I could have been there for hours. I will go again soon!

A very central but quiet haven with plenty of parking. The therapists are well trained and respectful. The tension and knots in my back and shoulders were completely alleviated after my 1 hr session. This will become a regular for me!

The most amazing massage I have ever had! Have never left a massage feeling so satisfied and "unknotted" in my life. Finally found a place I can make my go-to. Highly recommend giving Phi Therapy a go! (I saw Season for regular pregnancy massages and saw Kim 5months later).

Was lucky to get a same day appointment. Tiny Hannah was my therapist, she has hands with the power of a tiger and completely understood what my knotted, twisted body needed. She was highly professional, thorough and intuitive...100% recommended. They are also ACC subsidised if you are injured. Don't hesitate to book here.

First time to try relaxation massage here! Really amazing! I was really impressed with the atmosphere and staff here! Had a great session with Samuel and came away feeling very relaxed. Highly recommend to other people who need a good massage in Ponsonby.

This is the best massage shop I have ever seen. The chiropractor is very skilled. They can solve my neck and shoulder pain very well. They will definitely recommend it to my friends. Those who like massage must not miss it.

Dropped in here last minute as I'd managed to wreck myself decorating for a 100+ person party and these folks did not disappoint. Told them I needed to loosen up my neck and back, so they proceeded to pound the devil out of every knot and even found muscle groups I didn't know I owned. Absolutely brilliant and I'll be back! Edit: Just adding that I saw Lilly for my treatment - Thank you Lilly!!

Had an awesome deep tissue massage here including a foot soak and some hot stones, all from a grabone voucher. Was really pleased with the treatment and the staff were friendly. Lovely decor and ambience.

We are so lucky to have these amazing masseuses in Ponsonby. Thank you for treating my body with the TLC it needed. Can't wait to come back.

Great service. All massage-therapy are well over qualified experienced therapist.. Not a cheap massage.. But I think it is worth it. Would try to go once a month at least.

Dont usually do the rating on google. But had a very enjoyable experience at Phi Therapy. Nice atmosphere, great service and very professional therapist. A great place to destress yourself and give yourself a treat. Liked the lemon water too. Will definately come back again.

We had an incredible couples massage here, the massage therapists were both really fantastic, the space itself is lovely and serene, seriously recommend!

Such an easy spot for a walk in massage. Very calm and relaxing environment.

Great reflexology treatment. The consultant knew lots about Chinese medicine also. Great value. The treatment was supposed to be $65 for 35 mins but the special was $69 for 45 mins. Worth every penny!

Went for a pregnancy massage and feel thoroughly relaxed. They were very respectful and gentle with my preggy belly!

I highly recommend this place. Every staffs are so kind and polite. They have great skills and listen specific offers. I would like to visit again soon
