A.When I think of my next appointment with Holly, at Premier Osteo, I smile.
What Holly has managed to get this tired old body to achieve is remarkable.
Accidents and not really listening to my body’s needs have taken their toll, but
I am pleased to say, Holly has taught me to take notice of what my body is telling me.
Holly reminds me of the old me, and I have to acknowledge the improvements she has
brought about.
There is no doubt about it, Holly knows her ‘stuff’.
More than that, the conversation in between the necessary explanations of do this or that,
is always delightful.
Is the treatment painful? I can honestly say, when Holly hits on a spot that needs righting, it is like
my body calls out,’ oh that’s good’. Hence I do look forward to each appointment.

The team are super friendly and helpful - from the front desk to physician. Many times, I go in with 1 particular ailment, but they usually pick up the root of the problem and work towards a healthier long term relief.

I always receive great service and love going as I always am guaranteed to feel better when I leave. My treatment plan has given me positive results and provides me great confidence that I will eventually no longer have back pain. The front of house staff are also always lovely to deal with. v.I do not normally write reviews or rate anything online, but Holly has been outstanding since I first met her after my operation. My case is a bit more complicated than most. Holly has been trying different techniques and exercises throughout my rehab and has provided excellent support and advice throughout. Holly is open and honest with a can-do attitude. Also not to mention Liz has provided excellent customer service since I started going to Premier Osteo. I highly recommend Holly, Liz and Premier Osteo.
n.My experience at Premier Osteo has been excellent...problems with back pain after 50 years of rugby and other issues. Admin - communications and organisation has been faultless and Federico listened to me, came up with a treatment plan and has been putting it into action. T.I suffered from debilitating migraines for three years before seeing Holly at Premier Osteo. I have tried absolutely everything and seen a number of specialists but I did not notice a reduction in my migraines until seeing Holly. Alongside in-appointment treatment, Holly has supported me with at home exercises as well as lifestyle/diet changes to help reduce my migraines and it has made the world of difference. I went from having a severe migraine a week, alongside countless low grade headaches, to not having experienced a migraine in weeks and far less low grade headaches.
