Had the most amazing treatment from Chanelle, she knew exactly where my body needed work and tailored the whole treatment accordingly. Felt all the tension released as I left the room and she gave really helpful after care tips. Thank you Chanelle I will be back.

I have loved my experience with all of the staff especially my osteo Natalie! She is so respectful and caring in the way she works with me. Her approach is holistic and has made a world of difference for my back. I came to TopNotch because I desperately needed a health professional in the queer community and I only wish there were more locally! Natalie is so good at what she does and I would 100% recommended her to anyone!

Top notch is absolutely amazing, very helpful and friendly staff that really know there stuff, around six ago my body started to shut down where it was causing me so much pain and discomfort, my doctor keep on prescribing me painkillers and upping the dosage sending me for imaging scans i didn't even need this costing me a couple of thousand dollors also charging me doctors fees for making a complaint!!, i contacted Anj from top notch soon as she saw me she pretty much diagnosed my condition spot on i mean really spot, and what to take to get back to normal, which i am now couldn't feel better, and would not have happened without there help, my body was crying out for physical help, NOT MEDICATION, so i thank you very very much, i am so greatful for your help, and highly recommend there services to anyone, thank you top notch ❤❤❤

Definitely recommended and will be returning. Very experienced. I have never felt so much release of tension through my neck, shoulders and back since my first shoulder surgery in 2010. If I have this much relief after one session, I look forward to how I'll feel after the next massage.

David was a true miracle worker! He was astute in assessing my problem and showed great compassion and empathy during the treatment. I couldn't recommend them enough. Even if you book for a relaxation massage they always make sure they are taking care of trouble spots. I sent my mum there recently, she came away super happy and relaxed and the therapist had also given her some extra tips and tricks to prevent the issue she was having in the future. A big plus for me, however, is that unlike other relaxation focused places, Top Notch never push products on to you after. That's something I can't stand. Good value for money and qualified staff. Win win.

Sophie was ready for me at my appointment time, after a brief medical history and discussing my issues, she went to work and my goodness what good work she did! The massage was perfect for my issues, she communicated with me regularly and was the consummate professional on every level. David is AMAZING! I’m almost 40 weeks pregnant and have a lot of pain and tightness in my neck and ribs. He released so much of the pressure for me and knew exactly where I needed the work. Highly recommend him!

I have been visiting for deep tissue massage for the past 6 months after a friend recommended this to me. The team do an amazing job, very professional with knowledgeable staff and a clean and tidy clinic. If you are after a good deep tissue I would recommend Chanelle at Massey, she does an amazing job and has been a life saver for my battered body!

I went with my 71 year old Mum and we both really enjoyed it. My Mum wants to go again. Chanelle did an amazing job - made my job caring for my Samoan Mum a lot easier - no complaints about stiff body. We've been to chinese, thai massages - nah go to Top Notch and ask for Chanelle. well suited for us Pasifika people who are used to fofo - traditional massage. My physio Pat Hunt recommended top Notch and I agree!. Highly recommended and well worth it. Malo lava.

Ivana was absolutely amazing. She was understanding of my needs and described the process throughout. One of the best massages I have ever got. I went in stiff and in a great deal of agony from physical activity and came out very light and relaxed. I was greeted with warmth at the reception and and upon leaving. I’ll be back for sure!

I have been a customer of Top Notch Massage and Health for a number of years and always found their services to be of the highest standard and the provider of the most professional service. This service has been further enhanced whilst receiving massages throughout my first pregnancy. These regular massages have been a great saving grace throughout the many changes that my body has gone through, and have kept any aches and pains to a minimum. Jacqui carried out regular research on the changes that would be occurring to my body throughout and was able to provide advice and support for any minor niggles. I would recommend these massages to any pregnant lady - they are the best!

Really great massage. Well explained and gave me some stretches to help afterward. The room was nice and relaxing, only issue was a banging aerial or something on the roof during the massage.

Top notch massage has a team of highly experienced friendly staff. They all go above and beyond any massage center I've been to. They explain and give great feedback on your body each visit. I leave feeling very much like I've visited a friend who's been able to explain my aches or body's reactions to me plainly. Exercises and advice for at home when I require it, online booking , various locations and extensive opening hours are all just more reasons I won't go anywhere else. Personally reccomend to everyone I know and visit them regular now to keep my health at its best!

Just a note to say a BIG, HUGE thank you to Julianne for the massage yesterday. My shoulder feels amazing, almost pain free after the massage. I haven't felt like this in over a year, ever since I suffered from bursitis in my shoulder. I have tried a lot of other treatments over the past 12 months and your massage yesterday is the only one that has given me real relief from the pain. I could sleep painfree for the first time in AGES. Thank you so much and I can't wait for my next session on Friday!

This isn't the first time I'm here but I have just changed to another therapist who is really good. I hurt my lower back while playing sports and after three consecutive treatments, it's all gone. The therapist is so very professional and gentle at the same time. The experience is better than when I went to other professionals like chiropractors or physiotherapists. Highly recommended! From the time you walk in until you leave you feel relaxed. As a first time I was given a form to complete which was easy to follow, full of great common sense questions and quick to follow. The therapist then went through and clarified a couple of things and then I had the most amazing experience. An extremely dignified, totally relaxing 45 minutes of blissful massage. I will definitely be going back and have already recommended to a few people.

I came to Anj soon after I had an accident resulting in a head injury. I had been making no progress with anyone and Anj went so above and beyond to try and help me work with the ‘system’ to get to see the people that I needed to. Going to Osteo is the only treatment that I felt like made me see any sort of progress with my head. I can’t thank her enough for the help and support she gave me during this time.
