She was great for my pregnancy massage and really catered to what I needed. She was then honest about what my body needed (osteo) rather than keep me coming for massages! Wonderful service! The team are caring without being overbearing, and straight away I received feedback and advice on how to make my body feel better day to day. Awesome service. I purchased this for a friend and they were great in making arrangements that fit her schedule, even if they needed to extend the expiration date. I accidentally purchased a subscription plan and was not aware of it. Rebecca noticed this when she was updating her books and contacted me to see if that was my intention. It wasn't, so she refunded me the second charge on my card and cancelled the subscription. Perfect customer service!!!
