Wayne, Dawn, Dan, Ian and Liv are like family to me. I use ALL the services that are offered and could not recommend them more. Wayne has bought me back from injury faster than I thought possible and I LOVE our yarns, plus when he geeks out it makes my heart happy, enough to distract me from the pain. Dawn does my sports flushes and remedial massage and I absolutely love talking with her about golf and life and she is so reassuring and kind. Olivia stretches me so deep my soul is practically a yogi! I also love yarns with Olivia and we have a great laugh. I have seen MASSIVE improvement with my flexibility, mobility and a reduction in pain just from a few sessions I have had with her. Dan and I meet weekly for a stretch session and he is friendly and knowledgeable, he listens to me and find solutions and alternatives rather than forcing me into things I can't (or don't want) to do. I always feel better after a session with Dan. They are very community focused and always willing to help. They always go the extra mile to help. Highly recommended to improve all aspects of your life as they all really get into your body, mind and soul.

Had the sports flush massage with Hannah. Walked into a warm and welcoming environment. Hannah was very profession and provided a high level of service with a much needed massage. I have a large frame and am a very active person. Hannah had no issue really getting in there and releasing some tension through out my body. I left feeling very floaty on cloud 9 and was a great start to my Saturday. I would recommend this service to my friends. Thanks, Grayson

Wayne is hands down the best in the business. As a coach of elite athletes there is no else I would trust to treat my athletes. Wayne does a spectacular job of addressing issues and keeping the athletes (and myself) in top performance shape! Highly recommend!

The team is incredible friendly knowledgeable & helpful. So far i have seen Liv & Dawn and i can't recommend them enough. After every session i feel like I have been reborn.

Dawn is really knowledgeable and seems to have a sixth sense about injuries. For example she felt my leg close to my knee and said you've hurt your ankle. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Wayne for over a year now and he has been the only person who has been able to help my planta issues,. I had been to multiple therapists, had shock wave therapy and all sorts. NZBMA and the team are very professional and kind and have been and continue to help with all my injury prevention needs.

Regular sessions with Wayne make such a huge difference in keeping my body capable of performing in the gym & on the competition platform. I have been to a variety of massage therapists over the years but none have been as amazing as Wayne! Highly recommend!
