Fantastic sports massage. I've had a few massages in their room at Uprising, it's not a fancy spa or glamorous decor, etc. but it is spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable. The massage is really good - very strong and gets all the knots out, but doesn't leave me feeling bruised or broken the next day. Excellent value too.

A great business providing high-quality massages! I first came here for a massage post-injury and was blown away how much difference it made in my mobility. I now come here regularly, for injuries and to relieve tension build-up of desk work. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and very clean fabilities.

I had a 90 minute sports massage session with Cristian. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain some problems i was having and to recommend some exercises and stretching, and did an amazing job working out some injuries i had picked up on a long hiking trip. Would highly recommend, and will continue to visit.

I had a 1 hour deep tissue with Alessia Tana at the Moorhouse location. She was friendly and professional. Her massage techniques are top level and she knew a lot about human anatomy. I left feeling like my sport related tension was resolved so I could get back to doing what I love.

Seryna is amazing when it comes to sports massage. I went in with niggles before Christchurch Marathon and they were all resolved for race day. I've been back for another massage with Seryna ahead of Dunedin and I'm equally impressed with her expertise and professionalism. I'll be going back regularly.

Seryna is absolutely awesome, very clinical with her deep tissue sports massage, able to work into my scapula stabilisers, and the rest of my broken body. She is very responsive to my massage pressure requirements for each muscle group. As a physiotherapist I highly recommend Seryna and her team to my patients.

Fantastic massage. Seryna knows how to release trigger points effectively and provides a massage that is deep but not so deep it causes pain. I felt really good afterwards, and as a competitive cyclist I can thoroughly recommend her for athletes seeking ongoing performance.

I had a 1 hour deep tissue sports massage with Alessia. She fit me in at short notice and did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable about the various muscle groups that affect the back.

Have had two sports massages here and am looking to book in again. Great value and Seryna can give a good strong targeted sports massage.

Possibly the best sports massage I've had! My therapist was super intuitive and also helped me with some stretching exercises to help my pain. Couldn't recommend enough!!
