K. B.I started going to Dan for massage therapy to help with persistent neck, shoulder and back pain. She is an excellent and knowledgeable therapist and my pain improved through these sessions.
However, the biggest transformation came when I started strength training with her. I've been gym shy my whole life,, but I was willing to try anything to be pain free. We focused on areas of weakness caused by years of desk work, and my pain rapidly improved. It’s been a full year of training with her now, and I’m amazed by how much stronger I am, how much better I feel and how much I enjoy working out (who knew!). Dan is an inspiring PT, super reliable, no-nonsense but lots of fun. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

A. L.Top notch place to have some deep tissue work done on your body. I play rugby and have just come back to training from an open shoulder surgery for my dislocations. I get work done on my shoulder weekly with Dan which has really helped with my range of motion, pain and strength training. Dan is very professional, gives honest chat, and always explains what is being done. Would 100% recommend to those wanting to reach full potential with their body. :)

I had never completed a marathon before training with Dan and she took me through a comprehensive program ensuring I was strong and confident going into race day. I had had issues with my neck for a while from working in a office and Dan managed to help me get rid of the pain after a few massages! Would 100% recommend.
