Great massage yet again, very determined to mend the knots - a fantastic combination of relaxing and healing. Willingly gave tips I could do at home to help my sore neck and shoulders. The hot stones are a delight! I'd recommend an hour and a half as one hour just isn't long enough!

Very good massage so nice my body feels so much better

First up... Jit and Pat are super nice, very professional and very pleasant. Somehow they achieve the perfect balance between relaxation and finding the spots that need more of a deep tissue workout. Body Focus has quickly become part of my schedule during trips back to Cromwell. If you are debating between a 60 min session or a 75/ 90 min session... sign top for the longer one!

Best Thai Massage I ve ever had. Bodyfocus provides excellent Thai Massage techniques and I would highly recommend you to try. I have become thier regular customer as they know how to work with my body especially my neck n shoulders stiffness and head to toe body massage. Thank you Bodyfocus for looking after me.
