M.A gorgeous, calming & intimate studio used by a collective of facilitators, therapists & artists who host a variety workshops, classes and services related to movement & holistic wellbeing.
I run improvised & somatic movement and dance, and offer bodywork/massage sessions in the studio on a weekly basis. The rates are very affordable and the place is immaculately clean and well presented.

A bunch of healers, artists, creators, spiritual workers sharing a versatile room to unwind or vibrate on high frequencies, create, receive and give nourishment for our souls. singing, dancing, yoga, coaching. Its a sweet spot I always enjoy going to.
S.The Aotearoa Embodiment Collective is a welcoming, clean, beautiful room in Dunedin Central that is used by a supportive group of people offering massage, yoga, dance, energy work, therapy, art, singing, and more. I have used this space to teach group yoga, for private personal training sessions, for my own yoga practice, and also as a student and client. In both cases I highly recommend it. The offerings and people involved are high quality. If you are looking for a space to hire there are many reasons to use Embodiment Collective. The price is low, location is good, communication is fantastic, and the core group of people are helpful and encouraging. A sweet place.
