My partner and I went for a massage here today with Shelly and Pooja. Our experience was amazing Pooja gave the best head massage I have ever had and both therapists were amazing at strong suction cupping- we’ve come a lot of times before but these therapists are by far our favourites

I had a lovely massage today. It was my first and I will definitely be back. Very professional and always asking if I was happy with the pressure. I had the 1 hour with cupping and I would definitely recommend! Atmosphere was nice, relaxing, clean and comfortable. Ginger tea was really yummy too.

Easy booking process via messenger, friendly receptionist, clean massage beds, and professional service. We booked for 3 people and everyone was happy. I love that we have a foot soak, freshly changed massage bed covers, and hot ginger tea after! Will definitely be back.

Holy cow. This place is amazing and best value for money in NZ . Felt like I was in Asia . Incredibly clean , super hygienic. Best I've seen in NZ to date $110 for a 1 hour couples massage !!! . Open 7 days also. Mind blown. Will highly recommend

Great massage and professional ! Just like what the others said, it’s good value. Customers were divided by curtains. Would love to have your own room instead to have better privacy and atmosphere. But I would definitely come back as it is so convenient to make bookings and they are professional with what they are offering.

I had an amazing massage with Lily and will definitely be going back again. The pressure was perfect, the staff were lovely, communication was clear and I was able to really relax and unwind. Thank you, I look forward to my next appointment

Went for my first massage today. Loved my massage, in fact best massage I have ever had so I'm booked in for 4 more in the near future. I used the fb page to book and there were a few little things that I think could be improved but only minor. I will be recommending Bamboo Spa Hamilton to my friends.

I love their Hilot massage plus the ventusa. Will go definitely be back and have another session.

Very easy booking through messenger. Polite greeting on arrival. Therapist was very gentle and kind. Would recommend paying the extra $10 for hard pressure. Will definitely return

Nice enough massage, decent value enough value, however, I arrived early, was taken in 10 minutes late and finished on time. So reslistically, my 60 minute massage was a maximum of 50 minutes

Had a full body massage today plus ventosa, It was amazing, I loved the atmosphere as it was very relaxing and dimmed. It was my first time trying ventosa which I had never done before as I worried it would be painful but not at all! I did find the pressure of the massage to be too much a couple times however thats on me as I did not bring it up although its no big deal and will definitely let the therapist know next time. Overall a great experience, my therapist was Aurora and she was fantastic. Will return and recommend to others :)

First time going to this place. I was very stressed and just needed something to feel relaxed. I got a 30 minute back massage and was asked if the pressure used was ok for me which it was.alicia was very kind and caring and would often check to make sure I was ok. I walked out of the spa today feeling so relaxed and an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend you give yourself some time to relax and and unwind it's well worth it. I have had massage done in the past and had horrible experiences with alot of force and very fast movement where I walked away feeling sore and not relaxed. So today was an amazing experience thank you Alicia 🥰

The service is fantastic, the massage is all about YOU, and your comfort, you come away feeling so relaxed, get my feet washed before massage, The beds are so comfortable with silk coverings, I go back there once a fortnight, I'd recommend this spa to anyone.

Very surprised at the space when they opened the door when you enter the massage area very big. As for the massage I was very disappointed. I was told about this place and how great it was. I had cupping done and a massage for an hour. The pressure wasn't soft but wasn't hard enough to actually get anything done besides rub oil on. Very disappointed. But the ginger tea was yum

Lily is the best massage therapist I've ever had & I have had four massage sessions with a fifth one booked tomorrow. My hair stylist referred me to Lily. I am now a regular client of hers. I love bamboo spa, the foot spa at the start, the place is clean, smells nice & the ginger tea at the end is the best.

Came here for my first ever proper massage before lockdown, the staff are so professional and friendly and make you feel comfortable and I left here feeling so so relaxed! (I was a bit nervous as had never had a full body massage before) the massage is such good value and quality, the establishment very clean with very dim candle lit style lighting and peaceful music. I came back as soon as we moved to level 2. Will definitely be returning as well, highly recommend!

Very very relaxing. The massage therapsit listens to any requests of focus areas for the massage as well as the pressure. My muscles felt so relaxed and all the tension had been removed during my massage. I felt like falling asleep, I felt a sense of calm from the smell, massage and environment. I then was so grateful to recieve a cup of tea after my massage just what I felt like. Reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back again.

I use these guys a lot. Everyone is great and Lily is fantastic for a harder pressure massage. This is a bit extra and is well worth it when you need the extra pressure. Also great for simply destressing with a normal pressure massage.

Happy with the service I got yesterday. Had back cupping, full body scrub, full hard body massage.I enjoyed it and felt amazing. I will definitely go back and ask for the one who take care of me .

Third time at this spa Had a great experience as always. N very clean with dim light and smooth music. Staff named Rosalie was my masseur very friendly and just loved her therapy. It was so relaxing. I will highly recommend this spa. Will surely come again.

Great massage in a very clean spa! The hour long massage begins with a foot soak and ends with a cup of delicious ginger tea. Loved that the massage was full body - from your head and face all the way down to your feet. It was a relaxing, peaceful experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Good massage. Tables are separated by thick curtains so the occasional noise from the next cubicle can be heard, but there is calming music playing in the background. Will be back.

The entire experience is incredible. The rooms are very calming and the music instantly relaxes you. Rye was my therapist and she was exceptional. This was also my first time having cupping ... which felt sensational. I'll be back. 🙏

Massage awesome, staff awesome one of the best massages for awhile, shame you're only divided by curtains from other guests. I will go back as it's probably the best value massage to be found.

Welcoming, peaceful and great relaxing ambience. I even tried the Cupping this time, awesome coming back with red circles on my back 😁 The ginger tea and the hot towel is like the cherry on top, too good! The masseuse know what they are doing and made sure most of knots were relaxed :)

One of the best hilot massage that i have ever had. My definition of good massage is whether i sleep during it. I slept soundly and wake up super refreshed. The best thing was the good price. I wished i could live in hamilton and do it weekly.

Just had a couples massage and it was amazing, we go here often and love it every time, had Gina today, was the best massage I have had, she found all the knots in my back and did her best to work them out which was nice it didn't just feel a scripted massage which most places do

Nothing like the real thing compared to Bali. A bit over priced but reasonable when they have specials. I enjoyed the treatment it was lovely but could hear staff in the kitchen while trying calm and meditate into relaxation.

Had a couples massage and have to say this was one of the best I've had and for such a cheap price it's definitely a must if you need to relax after a long week.

Best value for money and the best massage experience I had in New Zealand so far. Other massage services that I tried did not put enough pressure on the muscles. For Bamboo Spa, you can request for more pressure. You will also be given a hot towel to wipe your body (to get rid of the oil) and a nice-tasting hot ginger tea. Prices are competitive too, the lowest I known in the NZ market.

Had a 30 minute body scrub followed by a 60 minute massage.... oh how fantastic it was! Can't speak highly enough of them for such a wonderful experience

A lovey massage, therapist asked if the pressure was ok throughout, ginger tea afterwards was superb! Lovely setting with curtains dividing the areas.
