I have been seeing Sophie for around 2 months now and she is amazing. Always kind, and welcoming. She always ensures I am comfortable and the treatment is meeting my needs. I am awaiting a fusion operation on my back and since seeing Sophie she has enabled me to continue my normal activities by keeping all the muscles in my back soft and my body mobile. I wholeheartedly recommend Sophie as a very skilled therapist! She is the best in the Invercargill area for sure!!

R2H has been a life saver for me. Therapeutic massages eased the tension and pain brought on by an old injury to my neck and shoulder. Middle back tension and aches arising from household chores were taken care of and I was given great advice about how to do these chores in a better way so as not to stress my back muscles again. Have been seeing a personal trainer once a week and using R2H's virtual personal trainer 4-5 days a week. I feel so much better and stronger. Melanie, my trainer, never lets the training get boring and is always ready to adjust my workouts to suit my needs and my time. We enjoy laughs during our personal training sessions and through the virtual trainer messaging. I've found Melanie to be quite knowledgeable, flexible and easy to work with. I'm hooked on this now whereas before I just hated exercising and was easily discouraged. If you've got health issues, as I do, you'll be in safe hands with R2H who will talk to you in detail about your situation and the best way to proceed to get you the results that you are looking for. R2H is a registered facility with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals). This is like a quality assurance mark, because as fitness professionals R2H has to commit to a certain amount of professional development training each year and keep their comprehensive workplace first aid certificate up to date to stay registered. Highly recommend R2H to everyone.

Found Ryding2Health after some google searching. Have been going for about a month now and there is no chance I would look anywhere else. I had surgery about 5years ago which requires me getting regular lymphatic drainage/massage. I struggled to find anyone who was well trained or had good knowledge of the lymphatic system in Invercargill until I went here. Melanie knows her stuff & is trained my Haanz Lutters in lymphatic drainage. When she told me that I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. Highly reccommend, really friendly team, location ideal & payment/booking process super easy. They also have heaps of other massage options, fitness facilities etc. Thanks for dealing with my strange case Melanie & also looking into it further to see what more you can do to help!!

Ive only been to R2H for massages so this is based on those times only. Megan is a 5 star masseuse but things beyond her control are the reason for my rating. How management have set it up and charge stinks a bit. I have never got my full 1 hours massage, most of the time only getting 45mins on the table - never more but sometimes less. There is also a staff member there that can make it feel really awkward, I have actually said hello to this person and been ignored a few times and their demeanor often makes for a very awkward atmosphere. The staff member can be nice when they want to be and in those times they are lovely and awesome its just sad in my case I saw the Yin more than the Yang!

I have been going to Melanie's spin and spin circuits for a couple of years at Ryding2Health for a couple of years. As an...errr....over sixty person, it's always a little daunting staying fit alongside younger people. However at this friendly, gym I have found that not to be the case. Mel is extremely understanding and supportive of our separate needs. I had cause this week to require the services of Jenny the physio and her skills with lymphatic drainage massage. Felt great after it...again I was treated very professionally and sensitively. Have rebooked!
