I have been seeing Tralee for sports massage for over 10 years. Her massage expertise is vital to counteract the stress that running introduces to my body. She is also great to talk with, and goes out of her way to squeeze me in appointments. I'd recommend her to anyone needing a top quality massage.

A fantastic place to get away from it all and recharge your body with possibly the best massage in the Wellington region. Nestled away from the hussle and bustle of town, but not quite at the lifestyle blocks, is this unassuming looking Remedial Care Centre. You walk in an instantly feel like you are in a warm family home, with only a wooden desk to tell you that this is a Care Centre. The questionnaire is extensive, but don't rush it through as this helps determine what Tralee will offer to do to you. I went for a full body massage, which was a vigorous and thoroughly amazing session. The massage waxes used is specially mixed to be relaxing and therapeutic. Not greasy at all. The eccletic music selection keeps you guessing, yet aids in the relaxation and sensuality of the treatment. Even regular visitors to the Centre will not hear the same music twice. The expertise of Tralee is extensive, holistic and explained in a way that Is understandable. Please at least try all the recommendations. Overall this is probably the best place to rejuvenate your tense body and find solutions to prevent such tensions in the future, you are in perfect hands. Ensure you drink lots of water beforehand.

Tralee was my boss and industry mentor for several years when we worked together at Absolute Therapy. Her vast knowledge of massage therapy, muscles and human health is amazing! I enjoy her treatments - she really knows how to target areas you didn't know were an issue, and her huge array of techniques always leave you feeling refreshed and "sorted out". Aside from being an exceptional massage therapist, Tralee is one of the kindest people I have ever known - I am glad to have been under her wing for all of those years and would happily recommend her to anyone I know.

I met Tralee by chance earlier this year. I am a dental professional which means I’m bending down at work all the time and often gets bad head and shoulder pain. After two sessions with Tralee, things got lots better. She magically find all the tight spots and relieve my pain in even just a 30 mins short session. Will keep coming back for stress relief :)

My husband and I have been going to Tralee for over 14 years. She is AMAZING! I had massages through both of my pregnancies and she was incredible. A very knowledgable and professional massage expert, I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been seeing Tralee every fortnight for the past couple of years and that feeling after a deep tissue massage is amazing. She has this calmness about her that makes you feel relaxed even tho your muscles are screaming. If your looking for a great Therapist then look no further, she will guide you through some after care as well as some other information you need to maintain healthy muscles,mind and body. 👍👍

I recommend Tralee’s amazing massage to anyone willing to listen - I need to stop so that she can continue to fit in my regular fortnightly appointment! If you want a serious therapeutic massage then Tralee is the woman to see. She is incredibly skilled and amazing at what she does! ⭐️

I have been going to Tralee for around 8 years because she is the best in the business. I used to try others now and again especially when Tralee was travelling but never as good. The technique and knowledge that Tralee has about muscles and the body in general means that you get therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. If I am really stressed or really want to reward myself with pure luxury its the 1.5 hours - nothing beats it

Tralee has magical hands, she always seems to FIX me, after suffering with constant headaches for months on end within 2 massages they were gone. Wish I good see here every week to deal with my issues. Hands down would recommend Tralee to anyone in need of a massage.
