K.Last month I saw Paula for my hip pain from an old injury and haven't had any trouble since. Then two days ago I couldn't lift my left arm halfway to my shoulder. Each time, after a 90-minute combined massage and Bowen Therapy treatment, I felt amazing and the next day had a full range of movement. Paula is amazing!
J.I came to Paula with a very sore and stiff neck. I specifically wanted Bowen Therapy and I had read some great reviews of her work. I was so amazed by the results and gentle therapy that I had a total of four sessions. Once my neck healed (mostly after the second session) I asked Paula to help my running by working on my legs, ankles and feet. Booking future sessions was an easy decision to make as I felt better and better after each treatment. Now my whole body feels great. Thank you so much Paula.
