This is my favourite massage place! Wonderful service from the beginning in the waiting room to the end of the massage. I highly recommend Rose, her massages are fantastic! Just the right pressure and she makes sure the whole experience is great for you! One of her massages helps my back and neck! If you go here I recommend Rose! The only thing I would recommend is more of the closed off rooms as you can here some of the other clients when your in the areas close to the reception.

Absolutely amazing experience. I had a back, shoulder, neck and head massage today and I left feeling so relaxed and much lighter. Excellent care, asking me if the pressure was okay and ensuring it was a comfortable experience for me. Awesome customer service of iced tea when I arrived and a cold bottle of water and a chocolate on the way out. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this place!

Totally awesome experience - it would be worth the 4hr drive back to just have a massage. My husband and I tried to book online a couples massage - though we couldn't, contacting them - they were very accomodating. Our couples massage was the best. They greeted us with iced tea. They catered for our aches and pains we acknowledged. They continually asked during if the pressure was ok, aided us through breathing to relax us. Don't be fooled, these ladies are small in stature, but they are strong. They provided us with water upon our exit. Their customer service sets the bar high. Totally recommend!

I went to have a Full body Thai massage a couple of weeks ago, and it was and excellent service from the first moment I got to the place. They receive you with a nice and cold cup of tea. We had three massages. Two were exceptional but one was less than average. Asked for a firm massage but the whole massage felt like someone was just rubbing oil on. If the sheet was read that was filled out before the massage it indicated firm and areas to concentrate on. Asked for more pressure throughout the massage but was ignored.

The rooms are twin share with a curtain separating you from the next customer(which they seem to do in Napier) As long as they don't talk to much! you can enjoy every minute. Popped in for spur of the moment reflexology. Wonderful warm welcome with a cup of delicious iced Thai tea. Having previously had a bad experience with reflexology (at a different company) the therapist was very calm and made the whole experience very relaxing. She noticed tender areas on my feet and instantly adjusted her pressure accordingly. It was much more than I'd hoped for - I'll go out of my way to visit again once I'm back in Napier.

From the moment you enter the tastefully decorated premises you are greeted with relaxing aromas, sweet, cool refreshing tea, and a selection of massage oils to choose from for your therapy. I chose to have a one hour thai oil massage which had many elements of the traditional, and it was expertly performed and obviously full of care. I have tried most of the other Thai massage services in Napier and I have to say that this experience trumps all the rest. This was $85 well spent. This was hands down the best massage I have ever had. I recommend Siamese Thai Massage. The therapist I saw was Excellent and completely understood the brief. If I lived in Napier I would go every week. As it is I have to be satisfied with twice in one week.
