I went to see Stef for a psych k session and wow, the shifts that take place from just that 1 hour session were incredible. I will be going back to keep on top of things and for regular tune ups. Thanks Stef.

I have been to see Stef 3 x now. The first 2 x was for a saw back and she did acupressure, this was my first time receiving such treatment. The next day I was 100% - I could not believe it.I have been to physios for years with a saw back and all the recommended is a stretch here and there, which ultimately does nothing. The same regular muscular back pain came back a month or so later and Stef did the same treatment – boom!! fixed again!! I now also see Stef regularly for massage of my shoulders and neck and she is next level when it comes to attention to detail and not giving up until the knot is gone. Stef is also a warm and welcoming lady - 5 stars from me and a new customer for life. You cannot go wrong with this local business.

I've now used Stef several times for both myself and 10 yr old daughter. Stef fixed a muscle strain I had in my arm from sailing, and when we needed to sort out alignment issues with my daughters hips, Stef worked her massage magic in conjunction with a chiropractor to get her back on the dance floor. I've always been impressed with the professional approach she takes. She'll take time to get to the source of what exactly is happening to your body to cause the issue, rather than just treating the symptoms with a massage.
