I had a very mixed experience. When I arrived to the clinic, nobody was at the reception. After maybe 5-10 minutes, the receptionist arrived, but didn't welcome me, she was too occupied with a package they got. Brita was with another patient and got down some minutes after my appointments was scheduled. She didn't welcome me either first, they were chatting about the package. I felt a little bit uncomfortable, invisible. The session was amazing though, very interesting, Brita is definitely a very well prepared osteopath and told me things I would have never guessed by myself and nobody has ever figured earlier. She helped me release the pain and i felt great afterwards. Unfortunately it lasted like 3 hours and after that I got a very bad lower-stomach and back pain, the same as i had before or a bit worse even. I understand that one occasion is probably not enough to release the muscles and help with my condition, but I expected to feel better a little bit longer than 3 hours. I'm not sure if I would go back, it costed a bit too much for this short relief, even though I'm happy I got a better knowledge and understanding of my issue.

I have had shoulder and neck pain for over a year. I couldn't lift my arm above my head. I had surgery to release trapped nerves but the loss of movement and strength didn't improve. I was prescribed so many medications to try to manage the pain including antidepressants. I tried physio which felt good after but that was short lived. A colleague suggested seeing a osteopath. The first visit with Britta gave me so much relief and it lasted. By the end of my second visit I could lift my arm above my head. 3 months later and I'm no longer needing pain medication. I feel great. I wish I had found Britta sooner. Britta relieves pain and repairs the body both physically and mentally. Strongly recommend MetaMed.

I had been having harsh tension pain for months in my neck and shoulders and nothing i tried was helping. I made an appointment with Brita and she worked on my shoulder and surrounding muscles and I noticed Immediately the tension had eased. After two appointments I feel no tension at all but will continue to see her until my injury has healed. couldn't recommend this lady enough! she is absolutely brilliant.

I have never used this type of treatment before but Steven made me feel relaxed and walked me through every piece of treatment, what it was for and how it was helping me. Adding this to my own health and wellness routines has certainly made big changes for me. Had a what I thought a serious issue (chest pain like a heart pain ), was nicely surprised that it went away after just one appointment as turned out to be tensions in ligaments and organ movement restrictions. I am extremely happy.

I was very fortunate to have received two treatments recently with Francesco for a lingering knee issue I had picked up just before the QT marathon. Francesco was quick to locate and treat the issue and within two treatments, I'm delighted to report that my knee is much much better and I will only need to return for some maintenance/support and to ensure I stay in optimum condition. He also recommended some exercises I could do at home to speed-up the recovery. I highly recommend him for anyone wanting to get to the route cause of their discomfort and through a clever range of his skillsets: osteopathy, physio and cranio-sacral, he will have you back at 'tip top shape' in no time! He's definitely worth a visit!

Not having much experience with Osteopathy, I had a completely different idea about what I was in for, but Paul and the staff at MetaMed made sure that they covered every single base. Not only did he ask questions to find the symptoms I was experiencing, but he also identified that the root of my physical pain may be coming from something emotional and, ultimately, treatable. I took my toddlerwho is very 'wakeful and spirited' to see Auria. This was ourfirst time seeing a holistic chiropractor. The hour long appointment was excellent and totally surpassed my expectations. It allowed plenty of time for talking in detail and making my daughter comfortable and relaxed, and then plenty of time for treatment without feeling rushed. The whole experience was very positive, calming and gentle- but hands on. She has responded really really well and has certainly helped my daughter to 'wind down'. My appointment with Paul was so different to any other osteopath I’ve seen. He explained everything in a way I could understand. Really felt at ease with him and he helped me to understand where my pain was coming from and have me some simple things to do at home. Really would recommend him and will be coming back to him for any other issues.

Very knowledge, I would book in again with Paul the next time I have any health concerns. After one session he really helped with my issue and gave me some great tips to continue on with at home. All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly, I high reccomend dropping in and speaking with the team!

Can’t recommend this place highly enough - Auria Young has real talent and is trained to a very high level overseas. Great empathy and medical skills - what more could you ask for? The best chiropractor I have found in NZ or any other country. Also excellent support from Ashley in the front office - a very well run and professional business.

Visited Jamie for an osteopathy appointment following a knee injury from skiing. My treatment was thorough and extremely professional, working with me regarding my hobbies and goals for returning to sport. Over a number of sessions Jamie reacted to the improvements and changes that occurred to my symptoms, generally caused by my pushing too hard. It was great to be treated by someone who took a pragmatic approach and understood that I would not lie still until the injury was fixed.

Learned a lot about my body and feel like I have something to work on now to improve my back and neck tightness! I had an appointment with Paul and he was so easy going and helpful with all the concerns I had. Very satisfied with my appointment.

Excellent session with Auria Young at MetaMed. Went in with an uncomfortable niggle in both lower back and upper spine. A few hours later, my back is still feeling 'at ease'. Auria is knowledgeable and confident and I like that she said that it will take several sessions to achieve sustained results. In the past, I've had one-off sessions that have made a difference but then habitual problems have set back in. I sense that Auria will not let this happen.

The best i have ever ecperianced. I have had ongoing problems my whole entire life and after my 1st appointment with Jamie, I already feel 10x better than i would have felt seeing any1 else. I am so lucky to have found this place because everyone here is fantastic even recioption staff are awesome. They also have yoga here which i think is a great idea too put both together.
