J.Alex is amazing at what she does and is so lovely :)
S.Alex has a fantastic set up in Lower Shotover, and is a very welcoming and knowledgeable therapist. Sadly, after some neglect, I am suffering with some tight muscles, in particular my legs and shoulders. Alex took the time to find those spots and apply a nice firm massage technique to help ease things off. I also appreciated the dry needling for my glute and kinesio tape for my knee. I look forward to seeing Alex again and would highly recommend!
