M.I couldn't feel more relaxed and welcome when we had our Fall treatment there. We were able to use the spa pool and the sauna and feel so welcomed by these ladies. Cannot wait to go back. this is definitely a must when you are in Rotorua.
A.The 90 minute deluxe package is amaaaazing! If you're looking for somewhere to relax and unwind, here it is! The staff are really friendly, professional, hospitable and have beautiful massage technique! We had a spa first, then had a full body treatment, facial, and then a really delicious freshly squeezed juice. We both felt completely relaxed and happy with our treatments... Best way to spend an afternoon! They have towels and robes for you to cosy up in, the place has attention to detail, and the ladies are always offering water/ juice, and making sure you're well looked after. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!
B.My partner and I visited Seva Day Spa this weekend for a couples massage and would highly recommend. Not only did we receive an incredible massage but we also had a lovely spa. They were super informative and an absolute delight to deal with. 10/10 customer service from when I first called to when we left on the day. We both had the Seva Signature Massage and it was incredible. We treated ourselves to the nibbles and they did not disappoint. We definitely will be returning next time we are in Rotorua.
B.Booked a group in with short notice. I felt valued as a customer, was provided with great help and flexibility to suit our needs. On arrival was made to feel very comfortable. The treatment was amazing and enjoyed using the spa area for some relaxation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The explanation of what would happen and what products would be used was lovely. The whole place is so clean and fresh I loved it. S.While in Rotorua for a girls’ weekend with a friend we decided to treat ourselves to a 90min Deluxe Package at Seva and we were not disappointed! We had a 60 minute massage, 30 minute facial, and a soak in the spa pool beforehand - amazing! Me mihi ka tika ki a koe Kassedy! Beautiful service from Soti and Kassedy, with all the little details thought of to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Would 100% recommend! Ngā mihi!
