I loved the treatment, still feel grounded, peaceful and at the same time vibrant and lively. I feel really tall and connected to my body, centered within myself. My energy level is really high and I feel happy and relaxed. Very clear and positive on a mental level, in that space of "nowhere to go, nothing to do" although I had quite a busy day🥰. Throughout the session I felt so looked after by Ardré that I could just relax and enjoy. It cleared a lot of "clutter" on a mental, physical and emotional level. Thank you so much ❤

It was wonderful to experience the Flowpresso with Ardré who is passionate about the benefits of Flowpresso.
