I have been doing The Movement Project with Lawrence for 3 months now. The focus is on core strength and stability and I have definitely noticed that I am feeling stronger. The classes are online and the recording available afterwards, which is great for my busy schedule. Any questions about the class, I have spoken to Lawrence and he has given me great advice on how to alter the moves to suit my ability. His passion for getting people stronger and moving well shines through in his work and he is a fantastic teacher. I would highly recommend.

I came to Lawrence with a long term injury (plantar fasciitis) & a crazy plan to complete a 100 mile ultramarathon. Fast forward a year & I can sit here writing this review having completed the Tarawera 100 miler. Lawrence stripped back my running to basics, began treating my injury & through the Movement Project gave me the tools to improve my flexibility, balance & strength. On top of that Lawrence also provided nutritional advice & provides a holistic approach to his practice. Having done ultramarathons before I had fallen into the school of high volume training & often reached events feeling fatigued. Lawrence gave me a training plan that got me to the start line feeling fresh & ready to go without the need to complete huge volumes of kilometers. I also reached the start line injury free!! Not only that but I reached the finish line injury free & my recovery is going really weĺl.

Clinic 25 is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and supportive. Lawrence has guided me with weekly emailed plans supported by 6 weekly massage and I’ve become fitter, faster and stronger as a result for trail running events (and life in general!). Lawrence cleared up some initial hip issues for me and has helped me stay injury free since. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lawrence at Clinic 25 came recommended to me by my partner who has also been seeing him... We have been visiting Lawrence every 6 weeks for the last 8months. His professional yet personal approach to treatment has been key to reaching our goals. Lawrence has given amazing advice and is a great motivator to going the extra mile. I recently started Lawrence's Movement Project as a way to get more supple and strengthen my body as I have a quite sedentary job. What I had not anticipated as a quite outstanding spin-off, was that if I repeat his exercises in the afternoon I sleep through the night. Something that had been a rarity for me of late. Thanks Lawrence, love this programme and will continue to enjoy better sleep, more flexibility and improved mental energy because of it all. Awesome!

I have been having professional treatment from Lawrence at Clinic 25 for more than a year now. I am an athlete participating in a number of sports and lead a very active lifestyle. Currently I am a Master in Athletics with my goal to compete in World Championship. I have had treatment for a persistent ankle injury, and Lawrence has proven to be the most professional and knowledgeable neuromuscular specialist I have had the pleasure dealing with. His knowledge as a athlete in his own right is vast. He freely offers advice and help in a number of areas that truly benefit not only the professional athlete, but the average person who wants to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. However, serious athletes on many levels would benefit from having Lawrence on their side. Having a regular program of treatment with Lawrence pre and post events is so beneficial, and boosts your performance. I also coach and train a young athlete whose goal is to represent NZ as a Decathlete at the 2024 Olympics. I have included regular fortnightly sessions with Lawrence as part of his journey. That has been hugely beneficial to him having suffered an unfortunate knee injury. He is now consistently achieving new PB's and I have no doubt that he will represent NZ at the 2024 Olympics, and Lawrence and Clinic 25 will have positively contributed to that journey and achievement. Recommended without any hesitation or reservation.

I went to Lawrence by way of a personal recommendation from a good friend, I had suffered from a deteriorating shoulder injury for over a year and even cortisone injections were only having limited relief. After only a few visits there was a huge improvement and now, a few months down the line, I am pretty much pain free and with a fully restored range of movement. Following good advice from Lawrence on a structured plan for exercise and diet, together with focused massage and manipulation, we are also addressing other problem areas of my once wrecked physique (OK that might be a slight exaggeration) Seriously though, I just wish to pass on my personal thanks to Lawrence and make a strong recommendation for Clinic25.

I have been receiving neuromuscular massage therapy from Lawrence for years now always with fantastic results. He is very professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He is one of the best, most holistic therapists that I have met and would highly recommend him. He does amazing rehab, strength and conditioning training as well so you'll leave his clinic feeling fitter, stronger and more mobile. If you have acute, chronic or sports related pain then Lawrence can help!

I've been seeing Lawrence for the past year. Initially for my knee for which I had sought help with many health care professionals to no luck. For the first time in 10 years I am now back on my bike pain free teaching my daughter to ride hers. I am so happy with the structured return to exercise, the exercises all make sense and the sessions fun but also hard work. Have no hesitation in recommending and endorsing Lawrence...in fact my family uses Lawrence as do my friends with all the same positive results. Cheers again mate

As a triathlete you’re always pushing the boundaries, so have had niggling injuries. I was recommended to see Lawrence at Clinic 25, as someone is a professional who really knows his stuff, and have not been disappointed! Lawrence is passionate about helping others achieve their potential, and looks at you as whole person and what is impacting your overall life and body. He provided me with a strength programme based on functional exercises that I could do at home or the gym. Result: have attained PB’s in all 3 disciplines.... and for an oldie that has been competing for a few years now is awesome. Add to the mix his massages, this is a great ‘one stop shop’ to reach your potential.

I have been using Lawrence for a number of months to assist me in moving better and reduce lower back pain. What amazing results. My joints are moving better and lower back pain is non existent. Such a professional guy with amazing knowledge. Highly recommend to anyone who has any sort of chronic pain or sport injury

This guy is Legit! Reaching middle age and struggling with (likely work-related) lower back pain and stress related migraines for several years, my husband and I came across Lawrence. In the least I can say I have been back spasm-free for ~ 2 years with guidance from Lawrence how to strengthen my core and protect myself from back injury with massage therapy as maintenance treatment. Over this time, even more importantly than focusing on back pain as I have with other physiotherapists, I have now developed an understanding of Lawrence's holistic approach to wellbeing and am now also following nutritional, stress - relief and fitness advice through a training programme he has developed. I have lost weight, increased tone and fitness and haven't had a migraine in ~ 1 year. He is very professional, lets his clients keep their dignity, all with a sense of humour thrown in! Definitely worth the 5 stars.

my experience at Clinic 25 has been life changing being an athlete with an injured back I have learnt so much and am now pain free. I learnt breathing techniques, yoga also proper lifting technique. Also the Massages have helped me become pain free!!! Highly recommend!

The Movement Project is essential for optimal & long-term mobility, functioning & performance. Convenient & challenging, unpleasant & beneficial, it’s always worth it when I have finished a session. These sessions keep my body agile, mobile, and as pain free as chronic injury allows. Definitely recommended for anyone.

I have been seeing Lawrence for almost a year now with a repetitive strain injury that was threatening my employment.
