My first meeting with John I was very impressed by how direct he was about his gifts and skills and I knew straight away if I didn’t have a 1:1 session I’d be missing something important in my healing journey. How right I was! If you find yourself reading this and wondering whether or not to invest in your soul healing I say do it now. This is an investment in your ascension journey that you will never regret. My first shift happened two days after the healing. An ex boyfriend had came up in the session along with some negative energies that were attached to me that were parasitic and John brought this forth and cleared it. I was surprised this particular relationship had featured in my healing, as my thinking brain told me I was completely over this phase of my life. Two days later I was in a surf lesson and caught the best and biggest wave of my life and as I fist pumped the air, after coming off this epic wave I suddenly realised, that my ex had told me I would never be a surfer, that I didn’t have what it took. How that connected to my healing suddenly became really clear, the negative energy that had attached itself to my psyche was gone forever!!! Leaving me free to discover that I can surf and have got what it takes!!! What an amazing realisation and I’m so grateful to John for freeing up this negative imprint from my soul. I’m sure there are more shifts that will come and this is just the first. Thank you John!

I had the pleasure of doing one of Jon and Tammys breath work sessions on the beach ..... WOW next level WOW, they are a power couple of BEAUTIFUL energy , the yin and yang , the masculine and feminine. It was a truly moving and healing experience . 40 beautiful humans on the beach being guided thought breath then to next level AMAZING healing growth ... I would highly recommend their breath work. I’ve been to 3 of John’s & Tami’s breath workshop. With their guidance, these sessions have really helped me bring to surface many aspects of my life such as my childhood, my parents, my relationships and myself. Memories in the past that has made me understand why it is that I am the way I am, and also have an understanding of why those around me are as they are. Tami and John also shares their journey in such a way that is so relatable which allows us to see these similar patterns in our own lives, and how we may overcome this. I can’t recommend them enough and I tend to book some private sessions. They are such beautiful souls with such great energy and great intention to help us heal, discover who we are and shine. It gets emotional in the best way ever. So powerful! Thank you.

I had an incredible session with John and highly recommend Introspect healing. I was 37 weeks pregnant when I saw John. He helped get to a beautiful calm place for the rest of my pregnancy and helped me work through some blocks I was having. John has a beautiful nature and an amazing gift to offer the world.

Hi everyone I highly recommend John if you are interested in a journey of self healing and learning to love yourself again. I met John at the psychic Cafe and immediately knew I had to book a session with him. His passion and willingness to help people is overwhelmingly beautiful and you immediately feel comfortable talking to him about anything. He genuinely wants to help you and understands what ever it is you need help with and what you may be going through. The practice itself was amazing. I was surprised at what I was holding onto from the past and truly grateful for John helping me release and let go of bad energy and trauma and also taking back the love and energy that I deserve myself. John came to me through friends at a time where I was feeling out of alignment with myself. I could tell something deep was brewing and I had been avoiding facing some roots within. I had never experienced reiki before but followed the impulse to send a message. He responded quickly with a last minute session. He welcomed me into his cozy home and we connected quickly. I’ve recently had two amazing sessions with John. He is such a lovely, caring soul who truly wants the best for you and to facilitate you becoming the best version of yourself. I booked without knowing what to expect or what I was wanting from a session but we figured out very quickly what it was that I needed and the areas of ‘stuck energy’ that needed to be lifted. I left John’s session feeling incredible! I could breathe, like truly, deeply breathe, I felt so much more positive within myself, way lighter & like I was ready to tackle the world in my new light. Within a week opportunities presented themselves for me the practice my new learning & I felt so empowered. I went to John few times, because I didn’t feel in balance in some areas of my life. John works intuitively so his saison not only includes reiki healing but he uses different healing tools which I like and it more about working with deep issues. I had an Introspective Reiki session with John the other day and I feel like my body got a recharge. I was feeling very stagnant and rather low and very greatfully John got everything flowing again. On my arrival John had shared with me what he had received intuitively in regards to my body and feelings and blockages. He was scarily accurate. During lockdown I did a load of work on myself; Meditating and trying to regress into past lives. I was in a great space, my mind was quiet and I felt I had grown quiet a bit. My biggest issue was that I was unable to regress past a few image/ snippets of some lives. I was desperate to regress futher and see/ understand my past lives. I had an amazing Soul Ascension with John. I felt nervous going into the session as I wasn't sure what to expect but I intuitively knew some big shifts were about to happen and I am so glad I did. John is so easy to talk with and the experience overall was amazing. I had trauma come up that I didn't even realize was there but by the end of the session it all made complete sense as to why I had been feeling the way I was. I've had endometriosis and anxiety for as long as I can remember and after one session with John the cramps, anxiety and uneasy tummy that I used to deal with on a regular basis had pretty much gone. The self love and confidence I feel in my own body after the session is on a completely new level. I can't explain the release that was experienced but it was totally worth it and highly recommended.
