I attended a workshop with Helene with several other participants... I enjoyed the time, the workshops were spread over a duration that fitted in with everyone normally on a Sunday. I found the space encouraged me into a meditative state and I felt to slip into meditation as soon as I sat down. I am not sure why... perhaps it has to do with Helene herself and the angels around her... Much thanks. Kelly-Jane

Just did a 1st session with Helene and her Laughter Yoga Class. Came aware feeling refreshed and very happy. Less stressed (Which was my goal) Throughly recommend doing this class.
