L.Thanks to Nicola for a wonderful deep tissue massage. I booked online and was able to get in on that day. The premises is behind the bottle shop with parking available. The room was warm and inviting. There was a jug of water for me and the bed was warmed by an electric blanket. Nicola blends her own oils and I bought one of her jars of Epsom salts with herbs that she grew herself. Nicola is a great masseur and I would highly recommend anyone to visit here.

I had to have 2 sessions while I was staying in Wanaka on business for 20 days; one a few days after my arrival and another on my way leaving back to the states. I just had to go back. it was too good! It was such a tranquil environment and one of the most relaxing massage sessions I have ever experienced. J.Good experience, very clean and classy. First time with a dry sauna, still prefer a steam sauna but this was a good experience and got me sweating. The time allowable was perfect, sauna room is super small, would reccomend some gentle music the dead silence was a little awkward.

G.I've been fortunate enough to fall under the magic hands of owner/operator Nicola Romeril & more recently Maree Hopley. These wonderful ladies offered so much experience and a myriad of techniques, I'm constantly left craving more. A busy lifestyle doesn't mean you have to deny yourself a couple of hours of nurturing every now & then, so this is my chosen haven. A typical visit for me involves 45mins in the infra red sauna (where I place all belongings in the carry basket provided, put my ipod on the floor & quietly listen to my favourite sounds). Copious amounts of drinking water later, their high pressure shower rinses all the toxins away and I settle into 90mins of bliss on the pre-warmed therapy table in an ambience of audio & aroma's to delight the senses. Massage is a powerful tool, be sure to use it here.
