I love the Body Garage. I look forward to it each week. They offer such a diverse range of classes. I loved the 1:1 Pilates. it was really personalized and professional. Laura is a great coach and Massage therapist. Her background as a physio adds great value to her massages and classes . The whole team offer such a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere at the studio which makes this business such a great place.

I love The Body Garage! It is professional, friendly, welcoming and has really great teachers - whether you would like more yin, slow and focused classes to more yang, active and dynamic, there is a teacher and a variety of classes to suit every body for pilates and yoga, or a blend. I also wish I had babies again to attend the mums n bubs classes on offer. The location and space is peaceful and restful and I highly recommend The Body Garage to all ♡.

I've been to the pilates class at The Body Garage for about 10 weeks now and can't believe the difference in my core (which after a couple of kids didn't really exist). Elisa gives the best descriptions and instructions and I'm feeling so much stronger, with lower back and hip pain all being faded out! Thank you team!

They have a few really unique styles of classes that range from Therapeutic Pilates to Yoga & Myofascial release - which means that there really is something for all. I also like that they have an abundance of props and provide mats to use - which not every studio has these days. The Body Garage is easily my favourite studio to practice at in Wanaka!

Prairie and her team do a great range of restorative pilates and yoga. I have found it an excellent way to both relax and build up core stability - have been back for several terms of classes. They have recently moved to a new premises and are starting to make the place their own. The equipment is in good condition and is always clean. But be warned! - the studio is next to a cake makers and coffee roasters - you may just leave class subconsciously yearning for some chocolate and a flat white due to the yummy aromas that can infuse the studio at various times of day...
