Sue Field is a talented and intuitive massage therapist who takes the time to understand what her client wants to achieve and how she can best help them. I value her rich and accurate technical knowledge of human anatomy, as well as her understanding of movement and posture - enriched by her background in Feldenkrais teaching and practice. I would recommend Sue to anyone who wants a great massage, but especially to those who are interested in what's happening with their muscles and why, because she has great insights to offer as well as her healing hands.

I've been receiving a regular hour long massage from Sue once a month for five months. Each massage is customised to work on specific areas and alleviate specific pains which we discuss before Sue starts but she also has a great knack for finding other areas that need attention. Sue also suggests ways I can self-manage chronic pain and I highly recommend a visit to her as it's such an enjoyable experience and I have definitely noticed a positive difference to my wellbeing.

Sue is a skilled and intuitive Feldenkrais therapist and teacher who has significantly helped me improve my awareness, posture and levels of back comfort.

The simple things I love about this class are:
*I don't get all sweaty and need a shower before returning to work
*The absence of any cardio work-out element, means I think of the class as gentle to attend and I don't have to talk myself into attending. Yet my muscles and tendons subsequently tell me they did some real, honest effort.
*It's calming and I return to work with a clear mind to readdress the work world.
