A.Chris is a rare human, genuinely kind, empathetic, great to talk to and seriously skilled as a massage therapist he seems to instinctively find those gnarly knots and makes them disappear. Regular massages with Chris have made a huge difference to both my running and general health and well being, highly recommend!

I highly recommend Chris for any muscle problems you may be experiencing too. For me he knows exactly how to work the muscles before a major running event and how to treat them afterwards for a full recovery.

M.For the past 3-4 years I have seen Chris every four weeks for a deep tissue massage with the use of Ortho-Bionomy/positional release technique. Honestly, I would be so lost without the help of Chris. I have Fibromyalgia so my muscles are always tight and sore, but after a massage they are very relaxed and I feel like I am finally back to myself again. I’m also able to do tasks I once couldn’t. I highly recommend visiting Chris if you ever get the chance, you won’t regret it! 😊
D.Chris's sport massage is awesome. Has kept me cycling for Taupo and K2 in past years. In recent times a great recovery benefit post knee replacement. Besides that he is a real nice and genuine person with exceptional music choice from Spotify 1980's. Highly recommend.
