I've had pain in my shoulder for over 5 years and I've tried everything to get rid of it, acupuncture, electro acupuncture, chiropractors and massage. I decided to find another sports massage place. After one session with Zofia my pain has for once decreased which hasn't happened before. It's still there but is less. I've booked recurring appointments as I actually see this helping me in the long run.

Fantastic, friendly staff for the moment you walk in. Very knowledgeable therapists and the Osteopath, Lewis is the best! Highly recommend. Note: car parking can be tricky so just choose to park in the Wilsons car park building not far away from clinic. (Don't forget to give me a 👍🏻up)

A quick post to give a huge 5+ star feedback for Catalina - best massage I've EVER had. She instinctively feels where the problem/tension areas are, and has a fabulous way of giving treatment that is both therapeutic and uplifting. I would HIGHLY recommend her and Intensive Health Clinic.

I highly value massage as part of my overall health and have experienced many different services (traveling a lot for work). What I have learnt is that there are massages that are great mostly because you needed to stop, lie down and take a break. Then there are massages that are extraordinary because the massage isn’t relying on you been stressed, overworked or needing to stop. The massage is really bloody good. You walk out feeling reset, rejuvenated and like someone very very wise has given your body what it needs to function better. The massages, people and full service at Intensive, on its own, is world class. There is no doubt in my mind that if you want the most value in a massage service/relationship, you’ll find it at Intensive. THANK YOU to the team at Intensive.

First time going here for a relaxing massage as a treat. Very friendly customer service, nice massage room. My masseuse took the time to find out exactly what I was after. Extremely relaxing and getting to choose my preferred balm scent was a lovely touch.

The first time I went it was worth the $90, very good massage that was deep enough to actually relax the muscle. The second massage wasn't as good, wasn't bad it just wasn't firm enough to actually do anything. Make sure you specify exactly what you want when you book every time, especially if it's for sports recovery.

This clinic provides fabulous service with the three practitioners that I have used, being Osteopathy with Lewis, massage from Adelley, and cranial massage from Elise for myself and my children I highly recommend Intensive Therapy for any body work

Absolutely amazing service, staff and environment for a sports massage. I had Hannah for 4 weeks to help with my recovery during marathon training. All the staff are so friendly and the reception and rooms are very clean. Great location.

I've been going to Intensive Massage Therapy for about three years now and every time I float out of that building pain free - it's remarkable. I suffer from a back injury and spend long hours in front of a computer every day, causing a lot of stiff muscles and a sore back. Hannah at Intensive has helped me overcome those aches.
