Great therapeutic massage by very experienced therapist. Pressure point work and deep muscle massage.

Christina is a very skilled therapist and has resolved my pain and lack of mobility from a shoulder injury every time I visit. I highly recommend her. I have only put four stars as the massage room does seem dusty and like it could use a vacuum cleaning, but apart from this everything else including the linen and towels seems clean. The massage itself is the important thing.

Kasey was a great therapist and really lovely too. She targeted my pain and took all the knots out. Felt amazing for the whole day. I would highly recommend getting the oil massage from here.

Quality 1hour Deep Tissue Massage with Christina. Definitely feeling better in my upper back and calves. Christina had great pressure and managed to treat my terrible knots. She was professional and polite, asking if the pressure was too much. Massage was in a temporary location on the 5th floor and was clean etc. Would definitely recommend A+

The staff were nice and were very accommodating when I needed to change my booking, the massage I had was 1.5 hours long and it was awesome! Couldn't believe how fast the time went. Was very relaxed the whole day afterwards and had to have a nap when I got home, I would have liked the lighting to be a little less harsh and perhaps some scented candles around the rooms but all in all very good, would definitely recommend. Acceptable pricing too!

I had a lovely massage here today. I had a one hour GrabOne voucher to use. The staff member was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The premises is large and clean (including the toilets), handy location, easy to book and a firm but still gentle massage.

Great massage. Would recommend, she worked all my knots out. I felt much better afterwards and very relaxed. Only thing would be that it was probably a bit too hot in the room the day I went and also no background music so a bit awkward but GREAT apart from that.

I had a one-hour essential oils massage today with Jill. Loved it. Particularly liked lovely clean linens on the massage bed. My back feels amazing. I'm definitely going back. Highly recommended.

Had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Christina. Highly recommend her, she is skilled and really focused on the areas i need it the most. Would definitely revisit and see her again !

The massage therapist listened to my complaints about my muscle strains and gave me targeted massage to those areas. The massage had strong pressure. Very pleased with the level of service. Will visit again.

Super easy and informative online booking system, great start. Website is slick and to the point. I got there early, was greeted and taken through the first time paper work, easy peasy. Then Christina asked if I wanted to start early, and we got into it. She is a super knowledgable therapist, with a focussed and professional approach. I have a background in anatomy and physiology, and Christina knew exactly what she was working on and why. I would highly recommend Precise Therapy, it is value for money and if you are serious about massage, then this is the place for you.

My therapist was Tracey Wahanui. She did a great job and resolved one of my many issues with my quad muscle on one leg. I've decided to book another session with her so she can do the other. Keep up the good work!

Coming from a quite bad knee injury I had a great deep tissue session with Tracey, she help me not only releasing the pressure in the bad knee, but also recommending easy exercises to be added on my routine to have easy healing. Excellent service, very professional and friendly.

Genuinely one of the best Massages I've had. It's a small location on the inside of an office building, but Jill clearly understands bodies and I left feeling like every knot in my body had been melted away like butter.
