I was given a voucher for a one hour massage. Didn't know which therapist to choose when I signed up, and I got a lovely guy called Soki. Friendly, quiet, peaceful music, really comfortable table that does not leave your face with that squished feeling.....omg relaxing massage....so much so I fell asleep!! Never happened before!! As I walked out , the muscles that had hurt so much were finally free. Tip....rest afterwards....mega relax .... take time before driving!!

I have been going to Body Mechanics for a year or so now and I can say each time I have received amazing treatments. I usually have a deep tissue massage and cupping. However, this weekend Elaine sensed I needed something a little different and gave me a beautiful relaxing massage. It was blissful and she sensed correctly it was just what I needed. I had the best nights sleep after the massage and she totally relaxed me. Thank you so much! These ladies are awesome, I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bodymechanics for full body massage and also Reflexology with Adela. Adela trained in Chinese Reflexology, and addressed my painful reflex points in need of attention. My reflexology treatment was very therapeutic with aromatherapy and full body interaction including a lovely temple massage. A blissful holistic experience.

I've had massages with Karen and Elaine, 100% love them! Both therapists know how to work your muscles and they communicate really well to check your comfort level throughout. I've fallen asleep at the hands of Karen and also had some fabulous muscle release work done to restore feeling to numb muscles in my back. I've had the most amazing acupressure massage to help loosen really stiff muscles by Elaine. I'll definitely be back, and I'm from out of town. Recommend Karen and her team for any type of massage. Make sure you have lots of relaxation time planned afterwards.
