G.I first visited ThreeSixty Osteopathy when I was pregnant with my son back in 2017. I had developed the worst back pain, after falling hard on concrete, twice. The care and treatment I received turned me into a believer in the powers of Osteopathy and Holly and her team earned my trust. I would not go anywhere else. Holly is a true professional and expert at fixing whatever aches and pains I present her with. I now visit for maintenance, and I see it as an investment in my future, so I can keep being my best, while I run after two very busy boys. I highly recommend a visit!

N.I went to see Holly at ThreeSixty Osteopathy in Orewa after I damaged my back picking my baby up off the floor. I could barely move, and with 3 small kids that was a major problem!! I was in a great deal of pain but Holly treated me gently and had me moving better immediately, and totally fixed within a couple of sessions. As an added bonus I felt SOOOO much straighter! ThreeSixty Osteopathy is now my first choice for dealing with any aches or pains.
K.To set the scene - I call myself a ageing athlete. I run around remembering how good I was and the body says 'what on earth are you doing??' I have been to LOTS of Osteopaths and Physiotherapists over the last 20 years. And Holly is one of the very best. She is bio mechanically very, very good - and gets straight to the problem that is causing the pain. She is honest about about how much she can help you (sometimes she just says that 6 competition games over 8 days is gonna hurt no matter what - and it did). Refers you to specialist when you need it. And doesn't treat you more than is necessary... I can't give her a high enough recommendation.
