Such a calming and relaxing environment. I had a sonic massage, which was wonderfully relaxing, I usually can't go to sleep unless there is absolute quiet, but i was so relaxed during the massage that i kept dropping off. I would definitely recommend a sonic massage if you need total relaxation.

I experienced a 'sound bath' with Shannon, which was a first. I loved walking through the door that felt like a portal to a beautiful sanctuary right in the middle of town. I loved lying and having sounds vibrate through out my whole body. I feel immersed in wonderful vibrations that seemed to leave me feeling so relaxed, lighter and at ease, some how more balanced.
