I saw Tamar after an unexpected injury was causing me a lot of pain. She carefully considered what was going on with my body and provided excellent treatment which really helped my recover. Tamar also taught me some useful stretches after the session had finished in her own time - she is a real pro. If you book in with Tamar you will be in safe hands for sure.

Amazing massage experience. Tamar is able to find apply the perfect amount of pressure to all the aches and tightness of an active body and work them out smoothly and gracefully. Tamar is amazing, im so glad i found this place. Been to several but this one by far exceeds my expectation from my first appointment i had to come back. She works so intuitively. I exercise alot and everytime i come with a sore body / pain she knows exactly what the issue is before i explain it. Every muscle soreness and tension she thoroughly works through it. Tamar is an incredible masseuse and healer. I have seen many physios and masseuses after being hit by a car and Tamar is the only person who has been able to help me with my shoulder pain. I've had low back pain & restricted range of movement following a disk injury. In the past I've had Physiotherapy and many deep tissue massage for management/relief from pain symptoms. Tamar from Alignment Massage really impressed me greatly by very quickly establishing the underlying causes, my posture/muscle tightness etc... Her massage was very deep and relaxing, it released a lot of built up muscle pain & left me with increased flexibility & movement range! HIGHLY recommended!

I had 3 weeks of sleepless nights with intense pain in the shoulder- what turns out to be bursitis. None of heavy painkillers even opiates seem to help. Tamari from Alignment massage had a great understanding of this issue and managed to give a fantastic treatment which subsided the pain tremendously and got me back my sleep and sanity.
