My experience with AirCare Pet Services was excellent. I was needing to get a family dog transported from Australia to New Zealand, and was not travelling myself. Candice was so helpful and quick sending out a quote, coordinating and answering all my questions throughout the process. Out of the four quotes I got for pet transpotiation, AirCare Pet Services were the only ones to give me a set cost, and not request a non-refundable deposit, and had good pricing. The dog arrived happy and wagging his tail as he came out of the transportation cage, after an international and domestic flight.
