We had a good experience with Crown, from the person coming to see us to assess the contents and area, to the paperwork and then the manager in Auckland lending her expertise. A super efficient, thorough crew who were friendly and clean in their approach with all the packing. They were also very strong, managing to get a huge crated table and a piano onto the truck and navigate stairs. I am in awe of them. I certainly hope they get paid well for the job they do as I would not be able to do what they did.

I recently took delivery of household contents after nearly 8 years in store and the first crew was Daniel. H and Corey. A great team who handled the job in a quick and professional manner. Two days later the second crew of John & Carl arrived right on time and once more moved the final few pieces without any hassle. I'm very grateful to these guys, and also to Karena who managed the logistics. She was always updating me on dates & times, which was brilliant. Many thanks Crown for all the effort. Cheers!!

This is the 3rd time in as many years we’ve used a moving company and the first time using crown. Hands down the best through the whole process. Nothing broken, and easy to deal with. We had a slight delay with delivery but they waived the storage costs to make up for it. Unpack guys (Ed and Corey) were awesome - efficient and friendly. Hopefully we won’t move again for a while but if we do will be using Crown.

The team Danz & Frank were very courteous, hard working & extremely careful in handling our possessions. Frank in particular stood out for us as he was involved with the packing the ornaments. A very efficient friendly and respectful man. Danz managed the packing very well. Later during the day few more boys joined and quickly completed the packing job carefully. We are extremely satisfied moving with Crown Relocations. Thank you & best wishes to the team !!

Super good service from Crown, from Sharon and Kim handling my booking, giving great advice and always fast to respond to requests. Dan and Matt on the day were super efficient and great to deal with. Couldn't recommend them more!

I am very impressed with the handling of my household items by five young men. Each one of them knew which items to pack from each room and just got on with the job. They supported and checked with each other to make sure all the items on the list were ticked off. Great team work. I 200% recommend CROWN when you want to relocate to any part of NZ. Thanks guys. From the moment they first arrived until the moment they departed we were completely comfortable and secure in the knowledge that we were in the best hands for our move to Germany. We had previously moved from Portugal to New Zealand and thought that company was excellent, however Max, Adam and their manager showed us yet a higher level of competence, professionalism, security and courtesy in completing the job in an excellent timely fashion. Frank and Paea were awesome to deal with. Our move was only a small household, but they were super efficient and kept us informed of progress. We had one or two last minute items to add to the move that they dealt with easily.

Dan & Frank did a great job packing our household effects on the 12th Jan. Were meticulous in ensuring our stuff was well protected and maintained good humour throughout dispite the hot weather and long day. It was a superb save as the service up until then was marginal. Let's hope transport and unpacking maintain the standard set by these guys. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The movers were lovely, professional, friendly and careful with my stuff. Babysitter fell through and they were very understanding, and when my little girls kept getting in their way they were lovely about it and even entertained them as they went.

Hi Crown. I want to thank you for making my move from Karetu in Northland to Christchurch so easy. Max and Adam from Wangarei did my packing and move Wednesday a week ago and they were wonderful. Fast and caring they were very responsive. I hope they are well rewarded.

In the past 40 years we have used Crown’s relocation services from South to North and back again. Our recent experience couldn’t have gone better when we packed up our home in Auckland. Fantastic experience with Crown, from using the Shyft app during lockdown, excellent communication all the way through the process, the Dunedin crew who took it all away, finally to Max and Adam who delivered it, and even put the beds together! Professional friendly lovely staff at every stage! 5 star service- highly recommended.

Crown Relocations thus far have been excellent - from the initial enquiry through to the packing up carried out by the excellent Danz and Frank. Only hiccup was that two special crates for our Eames chairs were too large which meant that the chairs had to be wrapped and transported back to the warehouse for packing in new crates. Awaiting confirmation that this has all been carried out. Let's see how everything arrives in the UK.

The crew - Danz, Ed and Lyrick were fabulous. It was an incredibly stressful time in our lives, but this crew made the final piece of the puzzle stress free. They took great care with our worldly possessions - thank you very much.

The team we had for our international move were AMAZING! Very courteous, friendly, neat and tidy and I was so impressed by how clearly labelled all the boxes were. We used Crown relocations to move from Wellington to Northland Max and Adam moved us into our Northland home. They were simply fantastic, fast, professional and friendly. They made it look so easy. Professional from initial contact, admin process (Karena)right up to the day. The guys arrived on time (Pou, Sam, John), listened to briefing then got on with the job in a methodical professional way. Nothing damaged, they were careful and considerate throughout. Great team all round.

Auckland Crown Relocations dealt with our shipping this end after we moved home to NZ from Malaysia. Their organisation and communication was fantastic and they were quick to respond to any queries. We were wanting to move the weekend after New Zealand went into lockdown mode due to Covid. This was a major problem as everyone's settlement dates and/or moving dates had to be moved - and to accomodate downstream chains for other vacating property. The planning team at Crown (especially Karena) were fantastic, being proactive in their communications, and providing options that would work. When the move itself finally occurred - everything went very smoothly. The team of 4 that we had onsite were awesome. They were prompt, extremely polite, efficient and very worked non-stop all day. A fantastic outcome. We will definitely look to use Crown again

Great experience with Crown Relocations Auckland today packing up our house to move to Sydney. Professional and Friendly team.

I moved my family belongings after my parents passed away from Poland to New Zealand in Nov 2020. I was in Poland at the time of arranging all this and despite the distance, time difference as well as Covid restrictions, Debbie was able to coordinate it all so amazingly and arrange the pick up with other local company during the challenging pandemic times. The initial quote, answering our questions about the paperwork, insurance details etc - all was completed and provided to us to the highest standard. The goods took some time to arrive but the service we received along the way was outstanding! In Auckland, Max and Frank delivered our goods and unpacked it all for us including reassembling the furniture and placing it in the locations we wanted around the house. They handled it all with such great care and were very respectful of all the things that they were unpacking. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend Crown Relocations Auckland NZ team.

Judson, Ethan and Harold did a great job moving me into my new place. They assembled all the furniture with ease and were very helpful and friendly. Debbie Mansell assisted with the move from London and she was fantastic to deal with. It is such a stressful time moving countries but Crown has made the whole process much easier. Crown relocations are an excellent service. They have a system wherein a move manager is assigned to your move and this works extremely well. They are very helpful and guide you through the full moving process with great care and expertise. Their movers are extremely friendly and skilled. They are very helpful and ensure the loading/unloading of your goods are done with great care and put you at ease throughout the whole process. Highly recommended. Definitely 5 stars - premium service.

We used crown to move to NZ from the US. It wasn’t cheap. Sadly while delivering the furniture, they damaged the home that we were moving into by pulling the curtain rails out of the wall. We understand accidents happen so thought nothing of it, especially as the movers said to call the office and they'd sort it out immediately. Unfortunately we were incorrectly told by the office to contact our insurance company / work with our landlords to get this sorted out. Which was entirely the wrong recommendation (and we protested at the time) for such a minor issue. This resulted in about an 8 month delay to the repair with a bunch of faff around at our end to just have 3 insurance companies tell us Crown just needs to sort it out themselves. -- Upon our first 1 star review, and an email, we were promptly contacted / followed up by Roy, a new manager there who very quickly and proactively sorted things out without any fuss. We've amended our rating to reflect this, as the rest of the move service was good and we were otherwise happy with it. The move, planning and organization was really easy, and things put where they needed to be. Because it was across countries and continents, it was good that they could arrange the US movers, estimates, etc... without us needing to coordinate anything between multiple parties. Without the unfortunate advice about the repair which admittedly was frustrating, I'd probably give them a 4.5 out of 5. We'd consider using them again and would certainly recommend them to others.

Our experience with Crown has been excellent - a relief when moving countries in a pandemic! THANK YOU to the team who packed up our belongings in Sydney, our guru coordinator Sharon and the stellar team we had helping with our delivery in Auckland. It was a pretty seamless experience and we will certainly use Crown again when we next move!

We used crown in our relocation from Auckland to Brisbane. Couple of things we wish we’d known ahead of time: 1. The agreed price is NOT fixed. We were asked 3 times to pay an additional $500. Once because Crown used a different shopping company, once for cleaning the car on arrival in Aus (after saying it was clean enough), and once for having to deliver our furniture up 1 floor despite there being a lift. 2. The guidance through the process is non existent. We were told by the sales rep that crown would help with all customs forms, permits etc. We received absolutely no help once they had our money. 3. You get handed off to a 3rd party for delivery at the other end. This was a headache as the 3rd party didn’t adhere to the terms in the crown contract and I had to coordinate a handyman to rebuild our daughters furniture. I also made a complaint to crown that the 3rd party handed back our car covered in birdshit - after charging $500 for cleaning!! Never received a response.

We used Crown for our move from South Africa and are happy with the service we received. They always responded to our emails in a reasonable time and kept us up to date with what was going on. The staff who unloaded our furniture was very friendly en efficient.

These guys were fantastic, they moved a whole 35 years worth of memories (stuff) from a big ole house along with mum .... with care, speed and empathy, worried about her chair by the window and the furniture placement. Could recommend them enough. Worth the money.

I cannot rate these guys high enough, especially Joss who is the Customer Relations Manager. I moved to Australia a few months with my belongings still in NZ. Due to my belongings not allowed to be at that particular place anymore, Joss and the team were able to get my things urgently and look after them until I was ready to ship them over. The service is top notch, absolutely seamless. I have used companies before and come across hidden costs, people not being on time, damaging of belongings, underwhelming service. We used crown to shift cities. We were impressed with the movers, they were very thorough and took care to wrap my furniture. The customer service liaison kept me informed the whole time. I found the whole experience stress free and the price reasonable.

I almost did not go with Crown but I am so glad we did. We were kept informed every step of the way. Credit goes to all involved in our move especially the packers with your incredible packing skills. All staff were friendly and helpful right down to the delivery guys. Ive moved a bunch of times and used Crown three times in the last three years. Aside from careful p[packing and cooperative crews, their internal support teams are always helpful and very responsive. I had to use the insurance cover for one thing as well and Crown handled it professionally and easily. I recommend them highly.

Shipped a large extraction fan unit from Auckland to Nelson - staff in both locations were very helpful and professional. Was kept informed of progress and arrived in perfect condition and additional staff arrived with the shipment to help unload what was quite an awkward and bulky item. Used Crown for my recent move across Auckland (New Lynn to Ōtāhuhu)- the team were super friendly and proficient, I didn't have any worries about my furniture or boxed stuff. Pricier than some of the other options for two men and a truck, but definitely worth it for the peace of mind. Would recommend!

Our relocation from Wanganui, New Zealand to Chester,England went very well.Everyone we dealt with were extremely professional.We were kept notified throughout.We had a couple of damages,a leadlight lamp could have been wrapped in carton a little better and a small bookcase took a hit but overall everything went well. Kia ora, Moving down to Invercargill has been a stress on my mind for the last couple months. Fortunately, the Crown Relocations team have been a breeze to work with. I had Danz, Kev, and Frank turn up when I expected them, pack everything to such a standard you'd think they were preparing for an advertisement showing just how good their packing is (think McDonald's burger ads), make an inventory so thorough it included things I didn't even realise I owned (this also had the most comprehensive set of condition notations I have ever seen), and then slipped it all neatly into a container. Moved from Melbourne to Auckland. Melbourne end great service and the our contact in Auckland kept us informed upon arrival of goods. Delays were experienced on arrival for MPI clearance, but this is no fault of Crown. Delivery in Auckland went well, but seemed just a little careless. Nothing broken however.

A great team of guys - professional but friendly; a really great experience for us, and this wasn't our first overseas relocation.

Moving houses takes much energy, so having a team of professionals helping you is essential, and the combination of expertise and heart is what makes the difference in this competitive environment. I experienced this with Crown. The move from Auckland to Whangarei went smooth, team was punctual, communication effective. About 6 things were broken, scratched, or damaged, so decide if you want to get insurance for accidental damage. We did not, but would not have claimed anyway as the items were not so valuable. However, more care would be better. Thanks Crown!

Crown gave us great service and the prompt replies to every email was very much appreciated. Shipping tools from Saskatchewan to Whangerai, delivery received when promised and everything was in tip top condition. Thank you

Crown moved my Pilates Reformer machine from Wellington to Auckland, they made the whole move process so easy. Crown took great care with my reformer and I will definitely be using them to move more of my items in the near future. Great work Crown, you make moving a breeze!

The men who packed & moved my property from the BOP to Hamilton did so under most inclement weather. Despite this difficulty they worked without a break to ensure the job was done to the best of their ability. Only one cheap item arrived broken. I was willing to sacrifice this item considering the care they took working through wet conditions.
