A.I was getting quite anxious based on the recent reviews, but glad that I proceeded with the booking.
Communication wise, NZ Top Mover were not as responsive in the beginning which got me quite worried. Thankfully it got better. Apparently they had technical issues with their emails, but it got resolved and they were able to help me plan my move.
On the day, the driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. Luckily, I was awake at that time, but I'm sure they would've contacted me.
Overall, I'm very happy with the service from NZ Top Mover. They're flexible and were able to help me move on a public holiday.
