NZ Van Lines was our mover's partner here in NZ. Our items were moved from Australia to NZ so this review is only with regards to the delivery process. Nonetheless, I was quite happy with their team. Allison in particular was very responsive in emails and everyone that I've spoken to as well in the Operations were friendly and helpful. Our items were delivered on time once it was here in NZ and our rubbish boxes (after unpacking) were also picked up with within a reasonable time considering I was told they were understaffed due to Omicron cases. So well done to the whole team and keep it up! 👏

Our experience with NZ Vanlines during our recent move from Auckland to Papamoa was great! Everyone who helped us throughout the move were very helpful and professional in their roles. Our packing crew were excellent, especially the Team leader Loti who did an amazing job coordinating the two days of packing. Again upon delivery, we had another great crew who were also very efficient and friendly. As a result, the whole move process went very smoothly without any hitches or concerns. We used NZ Van Lines to move from Turangi to Warkworth- north of Auckland. Communication with them via email or phone was easy and Marc always responded promptly. We were able to get a quote, and organise moving dates easily. Our items were picked up from a storage unit, some items were repacked for moving which was all included. Items were dropped off at our new property on the agreed date, and the movers were able to unload the truck and place furniture where directed. There was some minor damage to few items, i.e. chipped picture frame, but very minor considering how much we moved. I would use their services again.

The Team from NZ Van Lines we’re professional in all aspects of the customer comes first. The team went out of there way to meet my expectations of moving my family. A massive shout out to the wonderful team at NZ Van Lines. Trying to decide which movers company to help make our transition to Australia. I am happy to say we chose the right one. NZVL were PSS's agent for my shipment of a 40 foot container of personal belongings from the UK to NZ. I also shipped a container to the US where PSS used a different local agent. Of the three firms, NZVL was far and away the most professional, responsive and helpful. Their whole team, both in the office and the delivery crew, were a pleasure to work with and made the naturally stressful process so much easier. Thank you. Based on my experience, I wish I had contracted directly with NZVL.

Leon and Jameson did a great job, with additional assistance from a wider team who came to assist. All items were wrapped well and transported safely from Auckland to Waikato. Very impressed with the service.

Front office staff were great and the pricing was affordable and I had the furniture stored for six months in Hamilton before having it relocated to Auckland. I didn't take out extra insurance as none of it was needed urgently as I was moving in with someone and combining house lots. Having relocated three months ago, we are slowing going through everything and discovering damage on almost every large piece of furniture so a little disappointing however I guess you get what you pay for.

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at NZ Van Lines. My situation has been by far the exception in what should be expected let alone hoped for. From their accounts department, customer service manager and their delivery performance, I have received advice, help and peace of mind while they have helped me through a particularity difficult situation that required myself to take over management of my mothers relocation and storage. This first class service was not over a period of days or weeks but years, and never once were they anything but supportive and professional. They were able to locate my Mums container on the other side of the world, get it successfully returned to New Zealand and provide a first class storage environment for nearly five years until we were in a position to have it delivered. This is not just a company that moves things from A to B, they are that rarest of things, a professionally operated organisation that understand their customers individuality and personal needs. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending NZ VanLines to anyone looking for assistance in relocation of home, office or any other kind of property. Faithfully and Sincerely Lee Kendall

I recently moved from Christchurch to Auckalnd using NZ van line moving service. from quotes - packaging service- moving- (took all cartons+used wrapping papers+bubble wrap) after unpacking. Service was very well organised, efficient and reasonalble cost. All the staffs i met were very friendly also the movers had really good manner and well trained. Despite of extreme volume of antique glass, nothin was broken as well as other furnitures and stuff. I had really good experience with this company and would definitely recommands to others.
