Everyone at Stress Free movers was amazing!!! Brooke was responsive in getting everything set up prior to the move, confirming days before, and then making sure that our billing was done correctly for our relocation billing to our company. The guys showed up early on the day of the move, worked crazy hard to get everything loaded into the truck with such care to our stuff, and then made the 3-hour drive to our new home. They unloaded and even helped us move a couple of things again when we decided we wanted them in a different room (sorry again guys!!!)! Great company, good quality, and definitely stand up to their name!

Our family used Stress Free Movers for three moves over two weeks. We were impressed each time with the movers' efficiency, professionalism and ability to manoeuvre difficult/heavy things. We had a mix of guys across the moves. All of them were very friendly and did really help to make our moves as stress free as possible. Absolutely would recommend.

I've used this company twice in four weeks having found them in a google search, and each time they were quick, efficient, took extra care with my items and the walls of each house they were moving from. Not a single item was damaged, as was the case with all previous cheap companies I have used over the years. The communication ahead of collection was great, the interaction between staff was really kind and friendly. The second move they were able to come half an hour earlier which was absolutely awesome and had me shifted with the same amount of items in 50 minutes. I won't use any other service now, I'm a devoted customer for sure!

I requested a 2 person truck. They were free ahead of time and asked if this was suitable which was great. They were really efficient throughout and it felt like it was done in no time. I really appreciate the fast and professional service, especially in this heat. They were also so helpful getting everything to the right rooms at the new location, so really made this an effortless experience.

This certainly was a “Stress Free” move. They came the day before to pack up my kitchen and the guys were just awesome. The trucks arrived the next day and again could not fault them. I just wanted to praise the services and to give some really positive feedback about the movers that showed up. They were so helpful and cheerful even though there were some tight corners that they had to manoeuvre with the furniture. They even went the extra mile to unhinge my door and put it back together in order to get my mattress base in. The guys that helped me move were absolutely fantastic. They were super fast and strong and took the utmost care of my belongings and the apartment I moved into. Even putting additional blankets down in lifts to make sure the floors weren't scratched up. They were also very sweet about my mum and dad 'helping' as well. My whole move took 3 hours and I had relatively small amounts to move but had stairs, lifts and a long driveway as challenges. They weren't sitting around chatting over cups of tea and moved as humanly and safely as possible - which I thought was really fast and efficient. So I didn't have any issues with the timeframe which can be a worry when you are paying for a service by the hour. Moving is a stressful event and they certainly made it stress free. I'd absolutely recommend them.

I used their services to move my belongings across town. They accommodated me, despite short notice. The truck driver and Peter were both very helpful and professional. The team did a great job moving and were very friendly. However, the estimate they gave me was not even close. I chose them because they actually sent someone to walk through the house to get a good idea of what we had to move. Sadly, the actual cost to move was around 50% higher. I know it was an estimate, but they missed the mark by a lot. Very frustrating.

We had RJ and his team move us from a house to a 3rd floor apartment, they were brilliant, professional, friendly and extremely hard working. We had a couple of large items (bed and bookcase) that were a real challenge for them, the small lift in the apartment building couldn't manage them, but with their experience, persistance and brut strength the boys deftly maneuvered them up the stairs without the slightest bit of damage. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend RJ and the team! From the first enquiry through to the many changes we had to make leading up to the day due to covid restrictions and then a last minute 3rd address drop off nothing was too much trouble. Booking with Brooke was simple via email, and the spectacular Sione and PJ made our move so much more tolerable than would usually be expected. OUTSTANDING service from these guys. Stress Free helped the company I work for move offices and were very happy to work around our schedule - which wasn't the most straightforward. They were quick and efficient, RJ was quick to pick up on any potential issues (particularly with unloading in the City Centre) and were happy to adjust the schedule as we worked around painters, plasterers and other deliveries on site. They even helped us to dispose of rubbish and put us in contact with disposals companies to take furniture we no longer needed. Thanks to RJ and team for all of your help during what would normally be a pretty stressful period! They are great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

As the name say these guys are really "stress free" movers. I used them for my 3 bhk house moving. After another work the reached a bit late , but they were soo efficient and focused and they finished my move 1-1.5 hrs earlier than. Great friendly, no-nonsense, professional workers. Wow, what an awesome team we had to help us load up our household goods, transport it to a container, then load everything into the container for our move overseas. Kofe, with such care and diligence, worked tirelessly packing absolutely every single item into every available space. They also kindly assembled our sofa together and made moving large furniture much easier. Stress Free Movers certainly lived up to their name. They arranged to meet me at 8 am, I arrived at 7.50 am and they were already waiting. Very friendly and helpful young people. Nothing was too much for them and they were certainly willing to go the extra mile. Ours could not have been an easy move for them as they had to unpack modules that had been in storage into two trucks then travel over 100 Km, unpack and return to Auckland. Would recommend them for a true Stress Free Move anytime.

Really underestimated the time it should take for a standard 4 bedroom house. They thought it would be 3.5 hours but took 6.5 which blew our budget. There was a small delay getting access but less than an hour. The guys were very friendly and helpful though

These guys were friendly and hassle free. They turned up bang on time, packed the whole place quick as you like, brought everything they needed with them, were nice enough to take 30m off when they had a slight delay getting fuel on the way, and made the whole process a breeze. They had to park up a steep driveway to unpack and these guys were carrying the stuff in careful as you please, then jogging back up the hill to the truck. Probably the best work ethic and manner I've come across. I mostly shop by review, but from what I've seen pricewise they are pretty competitive there too. If you want a top to bottom solution, I can recommend stress free.
